Ulasan Basecamp Hotel Dortmund

I will definitely stay here again when I come back Dortmund. The hotel is very clean. It is located in downtown so we can enjoy food, shopping etc. The price is reasonable. I love this hotel.

Was very beautiful, in the central and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Cooles Hotel

Hotel room was clean and location was great. However, the lady at the reception was rude with an attitude. When checking out she said that our room wasnt paid, punched the amount into the credit card machine and asked for payment on the full room charges. When we showed her the booking that it was prepaid online, she asked for our room card. She took the room card and said 'ok bye' rudely and served the next person. Question: does hotel take payment at the end of one's stay during check out? Or was this her lackadaisical attitude towards her duty to check? Also most importantly, the staff in this hotel has integrity issues. We deposited our luggages and paperbag in their bag deposit room before going out. When we returned we realised that their staff had gone through the contents of our paperbag and stolen our cigars inside the paperbag. They left behind a few cigars behind to cover up their act. The bag deposit room is only accessible by their staff with a key card control hence unlikely to be taken by other customers. Although we have put them in a paperbag, there is no excuse for them invade the privacy of their customers by going through the contents of their belongings and take what they liked. Hence, do deposit your bags with them at your own risks.

Fußläufig zum Hbf, halb Hotel, halb Studentenwohnheim. Zimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend, Personal nett und Preis-Leistung passt!

Modernes Hotel, super zentral gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Einkaufsmeile.. Schöne Einrichtung, Gym auf zwei Etagen mit verschiedenen Ausstattungen, frühstücken kann man außerhalb deutlich günstiger.. wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir reisten spontan und nach 0 Uhr an. Nach einen kurzen Telefonat mit der Rezeption versicherte uns ein sympathischer Mitarbeiter, dass er auf uns wartete und das Einchecken kein Problem darstelle. Sagte getan, ein netter Empfang, ein sauberes, modernes Zimmer und ein super angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wow wat een top hotel dit, parkeren “in” het hotel en echt midden in de stad. Weihnachtsmarkt begint letterlijk voor de deur!! Volgend jaar weer!!
