Very clean and friendly service, sorry I didn’t take much pictures, but I can guarantee you that it’s a place to be. Since I love food I just took a pic of my breakfast 🥞 🥰

Nice hotel but could be better

Par rapport au 1er check-in, c’était bien agréable avec la dame bien plus accueillante (+ compétente) le lendemain midi à l’accueil !

Best Western Plus Soaho Douala Airport is two minutes from the Airport and the Grand Mall Shopping Center at Douala. The hotel has exciting amenities, including at least three swimming pools, a unique aquatic park for kids, a tennis court, and a small outdoor soccer field for a five-vs.-five games and an ample parking space. It also offers several outdoor and indoor rooms for events. The place is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The place is clean, fresh, and welcoming. With their forthcoming basement parking and gym, the place will be unique for family and professional visits to Douala. You will be satisfied with the hotel's services.

Have stayed here several times and quality remains. They thought of everything in the room and the bed is comfortable. The food is delicious and prepared on demand. But what really sets them apart is the customer service: everyone is polite, smiles and helpful. Special shout out to Leonel, D’Aquin, the valet and room service teams. Truly the best in the city

Please stay away from this Hotel as the staff is actually a group of thieves!!! They work together from the security guy to the receptionist and the floor staff. I left my room for the dining room and they got in my room. I had a stack of 100usd in my bag they took out a few. I didn't realize it when I returned but the next day when I went out for shopping I found out they actually robbed me. I felt as If I was being watched while eating in the dining room. It's only when my money was missing that I connected the dots... Very poor problem resolution skills, customer service skills non existent. I'll never stay here again while in Douala.

Best hotels in nearby locations it was walking distance from airport. Everything was right, as i was vegetarian so i experienced little bit sad about availability of vegetarian food else everything was very good.

There were cockroaches aplenty. The room was horribly smelly Smelly room and corridors. Noise from a wedding party downstairs. What else? Very disappointing stay last week Saturday 4 to Sunday. 5 march at Best Western Soaho. Get your act together or you risk pushing clients out.

Hôtel, très bien tenu très belle, prestation service de qualité, un personnel réactif et très agréable Agréablement surpris par les prestations de cet hôtel que l’on doit mettre en avant. Je reviendrai à mon prochain voyage.

Je crois que j'ai déjà tout plus en haut l'hôtel et le personnel sont excellents je n'ai rien à ajouter tout en espérant être là quand l'occasion se présentera j'allais oublier les Virgile qui font un travail fabuleux

lieu convivial et propice au travail et à la détente, position stratégique pour ne pas manquer son vol ou un rendez-vous d'affaires. personnel accueillant et professionnel, chambres propres, belles et confortables.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel à la faveur d'une mission de travail. Si la vue extérieure ne manque pas de charmes, dès l'entrée dans le hall, vous êtes frappés par une absence de luminosité suffisante. A cela s'ajoute, un service défaillant, des coupures intempestives d'électricité, une mauvaise qualité de la connexion internet, une climatisation défaillante et j'en oublie forcément d'autres. Encore du travail pour mériter vos étoiles.

Un séjour que je qualifie super et un bon point aussi pour la chanteuse.. Il faut prévoir des soirées gala.... L seul hic c est le véhicule navette. J espère un par automobile meilleur.. Bon courage et bravo
