Ulasan Hilton Dresden

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Good price and location in city center. Cleaned big room. Many restaurants near the hotel

Great hotel but very rude staff. My son had some nightmares and urinated in the bed during his sleep. They tried to charge me 20 euros cleaning fee!!! After some arguments they gave up and didn’t charge…

Good breakfast with many choices. Right in old town with many restaurants.

The hotel is in a very good location, but the room and breakfast are standard, I was feeling I was in jail at room with the metalic doors

Location is good. Facilities are a bit too old to be rightfully at the Hilton brand standard, but acceptable and understandable at this price level. On the services, there is substantial room for improvement. Staff are responsive but badly need to be trained with better protocols and practices.

The best location, not expensive great choice

酒店邊上除了教堂可以進去看看，還有易北河可以漫步，酒店出來就可以看到瓷器店，非常精美，就是價格有點貴。

酒店位置非常好，就在王子的行列旁邊，後面是河邊和餐飲一條街。酒店有年代了，大部分是老年人入住，入住要再單獨收税，老城區不好打車。

Waren für eine Nacht im Hilton, da wir die Semper Oper besucht haben. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist ok, der Service - können nur den Check-In und Check-Out beurteilen - war sehr nett. Gerne wieder!
