The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in dubai, but it has been refurbished and is now modern. We had a seminar at this hotel and it was convenient. The breakfast was ok. The gym is small but sufficient. Nice scenery from the hotel room. Overall a good stay.

It’s a very nice and comfortable hotel, very clean, fantastic location. The facilities are very good and the general atmosphere for the hotel also very nice and quite. The staff also very good and the food very delicious, the breakfast buffet have so many kinds of different choices. I recommend everyone who come to Dubai to stay at this hotel.

Initially, I was in doubt to book this hotel as their location is slightly far from city centre. But I never regret it after staying in this plush hotel. Took an Uber taxi from terminal 2 airport. Took me around 15 minutes to arrived. It was a huge complex hotel next to the sea/beach. Large check in/waiting area and well organized. Smooth check in especially booked from trips.com. The check in lady was very nice and explained me in details what facilities were available for the hotel. They have 4 lifts and the speed of the lift was fast. Got a large room. I like when they have a separate working table from the mirror. The best part was the toilet with luxurious feeling. They have bath tub and round bath space. Quality of amenities was excellent except they do not provide oral care equipment. Restaurant during breakfast was acceptable. In my opinion not many choices of food available and it appears to be influenced by Indian based chef where majority of food is Indian based food.

This is my 6th time staying in Park Regis. One of my favorite hotels in Dubai. Very convenient location, close to many attractions. Exclusive restaurants, clubs and pubs inside the hotel building. Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are large and sufficient for individuals to large families. I don’t have any complaints for the hotel but I do have for the other guests(mostly Indians) please behave and think of others as well. This is a hotel and not your home. I will stay here every time I visit Dubai(almost every year for vacation)

From the street, you walk in 200 yards, rolling your luggage. XVA is an old estate with 4 walls surrounding an open courtyard. Room doors are secured inside with a wooden slider. On the outside, doors are secured with padlocks. The chef and server offer up wonderful breakfasts and (I assume, lunch and dinner). Reception staff is customer-oriented. This was my second stay at XVA and I would do it again. (It's also fun to encourage Uber and taxi drivers who have never before dropped off riders at XVA. Location is near Dubai Creek and easy to get transportation to and from. Hospitality, cleanliness, service, food, ambience - it's the best!

This was a really different hotel to stay in, really nice to see the more historic side of Dubai. It was a slight inconvenience that out building was far from the main reception, but the staff were very helpful and their buggy service was quite prompt to pick us up.
