Hotel berhampiran Day & Night Water Sports Fly Board, Dubai

My family had an amazing stay at Rose Park Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the Steambath & Sauna. The hotel is also near to Mashreq Metro Station and other restaurants. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Shahul, Supervisor - MMS for the birthday decoration and to the helpful room attendants Tanvir and Mubarak for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a bad hotel but won’t go there again. Much better hotels for better rates available

The most impressive thing in the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and always able to help (from the people in the breakfast, the pool guys, the reception to the cleaners). Especially in the restaurant Kishan ( a lovely waiter) is always with a smile on the face ready to assist you. My room was every day clean and on the desk I had free hot beverage (coffee, tea). I loved my bed even my pillows.. so soft. The hotel is approx 12 min away from the centre by car, but thats no problem because the main transportation is the taxi in Dubai. For sure i will come back and I highly recommend this hotel especially to the women that travel alone. It feels very safe

Kami menempah penginapan di Dubai untuk meraikan hari lahir saya, dengan harapan dapat menikmati masa berkualiti bersama-sama dengan kakak saya. Apabila tiba, kami disambut mesra oleh En. Rodel, yang membantu kami dengan bagasi kami. Dia sangat sopan dan akomodatif, membuatkan kami berasa dialu-alukan dari awal lagi. Walau bagaimanapun, pengalaman kami di kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa daftar masuk amat mengecewakan. Apabila kami menghampiri Encik Abdelrahman di meja depan, dia meminta ID kami. Saya memberikan ID Emirates saya kerana bilik itu ditempah atas nama saya. Malangnya, kakak saya terlupa ID fizikalnya dan bertanya sama ada salinan elektronik sudah memadai. Dia segera berkata, ”Tidak.” Dia menjelaskan bahawa dia terlupa IDnya, dan saya bertanya apa yang perlu kami lakukan kerana kami telah melakukan perjalanan jauh dari Abu Dhabi. Saya bertanya sama ada mereka akan menerima saya tetapi bukan kakak saya, apa gunanya? Jawapannya sekali lagi tegas, “Tidak, kami memerlukan ID fizikal. Kami tidak boleh berbuat apa-apa tentang itu.” Walaupun kami berusaha untuk menjelaskan keadaan, dia tetap tidak mengalah, menegaskan bahawa hanya saya yang akan diterima dan bukan kakak saya. Profesionalisme dan sikap berbudi bahasa beliau adalah berbeza dengan pengalaman kami sebelum ini. En. Choi, bersama En. Rodel, En. Gaurav, dan En. I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.

The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Metro is also nearby. The staffs are quite helpful and amiable. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with beautiful view and excellent service. They have good amenities. The buffet was great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
