The place is near the sewage plant and it does not matter which floor you stay in the smell makes you sick. The aircon was controlled to keep it in 21.5 and it started sweating in the night without the aircon not working properly. The stay was so bad that we had to vacate than the normal date; Breakfast was 18£ pp and it was not for the price, even a fruit platter was with bad fruits, the overall quality of the stay is so poor. Dont waste your money here

Good location , clean room , the restaurant is below expectations with a very minimum selections

Staying at this new, modern luxury apartment hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were indeed large, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views from the higher floors. It was a pleasure to have a balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, there were some drawbacks. Throughout my stay, there was constant renovation or repair work in neighboring rooms, resulting in strong paint smells that were quite unpleasant. Additionally, the presence of a large construction site beside the hotel was somewhat disruptive. I also noticed some staff members who seemed overly curious or intrusive, which affected my sense of privacy. Lastly, while the breakfast offered was minimal, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the issues with ongoing renovations, nearby construction, and breakfast options were disappointing aspects of an otherwise luxurious stay.

房間衞生情況很好，每天都擦的蹭亮。隔音也不錯，除了有人從房門口經過時説話能聽到聲音以外，隔壁的聲音是完全聽不到的。有一個小小的廚房，可以簡單煮點東西。 不過奇怪的是該酒店基本都是穆斯林，去泳池玩都是包的嚴嚴實實的，自己一箇中國人穿普通泳衣都不好意思下水。 唯一吐槽的是退房還要等酒店檢查完房間才能走，而且按金衹能退現金… 如果離開的時候要趕飛機什麼的，一定要多留點時間 總得來説是性價比不錯的酒店

全世界跑第一次遇到這麼沒有誠信的酒店，人家前台服務員都承認答應我，430續房的，我下去交錢前台經理説工作人員説的話不算數。

Check your food, before you gonna eat it. We got our food at the pool and there was a bubblegum in our food. Very disrespectful and crazy to see this. No refund, other than to hear apology and wanted to give new fries. My wife already ate the fries, the bubblegum was found after the fries were eaten from the top. You could see the bubblegum stuck on the plate after the top were eaten. Later on hearing that is possible that some other visitors could haven done it or us. We were in the corner and the only ones. No one around us. And we both didn't chewing any gums. Blaming afterwards us.. is crazy.

Fantastic room service by Asha and Sushil. Very helpful and beautiful room. Wunderful place to spend time in Dubai. The hotel is very close to all downtown and business destinations. Room has a fantastic view to the city center. I really enjoyed my stay.
