That was an amazing experience. Service is quick and nice. The staff is good. Cleanliness is excellent. We enjoyed it a lot. They welcomed us in such a unique way, I liked it a lot. I hope you will also enjoy the same.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't many activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

This hotel was grand! The most beautiful I have experienced in India. We had this welcome ritual where Rajhistan hats were placed on males and bangles on femals, it was so cute. The room was royal and fortunate for us a wedding was held on the same day, so the place was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. The breakfast and dinner were superb. It was my birthday and they even brought a cake for me ♥️ I give this hotel an 11/10!

Royal experience

Fairmont Jaipur, finally, gets conquered by us, after planning it for the last few months! It was a 5 day 4 night visit for me & wifey to celebrate a very special occasion - our babymoon! The Fairmont Jaipur boasts of a palatial architecture and we just loved it so much. We had booked the base category room - The Fairmont King. I was an AccorPlus Silver member (now Gold) and had informed Fairmont Jaipur about celebrating our special occasion. Ms. Chetna Singh got in touch with us couple of days before checkin and not only provided us with an early checkin option but also upgraded our room to the next category - Deluxe King room on the 2nd floor with a great view. She also offered to decorate our room & provided a celebration cake as per our choice of date and time. Upon arrival at 12pm, we were welcomed with some fresh juices and flower petal shower at the main entrance! Ms. Chetna assisted us throughout our stay starting from Day 0 and the checkin was just a breeze (hardly took a couple of minutes)! We checked in to our room which came with a reflection pool & partial Raffles view. It’s a very spacious room. Fun fact: room size of all rooms are same (549 sq ft), only floor, view and lounge access (Gold category) varies. We headed to Zoya - an All Day Dining restaurant for most of our lunches and dinners! The breakfast is also served there and the spread is vast and delicious. We tried a variety of dishes from the ala-carte menu and also the buffet. The spread was lovely and food is good. We also had a special dinner at Zarin - the lobster and lamb chops! The evening ritual - Shaam-e-Khaas at the reflective pool in Fairmont Jaipur is a sight to behold. The ritual includes lighting of torches, nagada music, champagne, snacks and drinks. You should definitely not miss this! The swimming pool is decent. We didn’t take a dip this time. The hotel has a Spa and gymnasium as well. However, we didn’t try them either. During the later part (last 2 days), we got ourselves a paid upgrade (discounted) to the Signature Room on the 4th floor which had Raffles view. It was just stunning and I would definitely say the value of Fairmont Jaipur has gone up a notch after the opening of Raffles! Some notable mentions in the review would be Mr. Dipanshu, Mr. Keshav, Mr. Dawa from the F&B team for some amazing hospitality during our stay. Ms. Riya, Mr. Madhav & Ms. Surbhi from the reception team for facilitating a great checkin and checkout experience. Lastly, another big thanks to Ms. Chetna for arranging a special gift during checkout and doing our photo shoot around the amazing property. To conclude, the Fairmont Jaipur, a palace, known for its larger than life weddings, offers a lot for the average non-wedding guests as well. So please do not dismiss it as just a wedding hotel in Jaipur. Go & experience Fairmont Jaipur and make some amazing memories to cherish forever. We would come back again for sure!

Amazing time. This isn’t a hotel, it’s an experience with nothing available to compare to. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels as well as other Fairmont properties and this one blows the rest out of the water. From the moment you arrive you feel and see the incredible hospitality. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly clean. The attention to detail throughout the entire property is top notch. Every single staff member I spoke with was professional. While my stay was only one night; I wish it was longer. It has been the highlight of my India trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty, sleep comfortably and enjoy some incredible hospitality, rituals and food. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. You can’t go wrong for booking this incredible experience. I suggest you stay more than one night to be able to experience the entire property.

The whole team and especially my butler Inderesh and his manager Rakshit (made me feel like as I was a Maharadja enjoying his palace. Quite an experience with flawless service, anticipation at all corners, small gentle attentions, kindness, professionalism. It made me feel in love with this hotel. Certainly one of the top 3 experiences in the last 5 years. Maybe the best.

Had a wonder stay at this magical hotel! Chetna was accomodating and always hands on with all the special requests!! All the staff and managers had an eye for detail that made the experience extra special! Thank you so much for making it memorable! Can’t wait to get back!

Beautiful hotel surrounded overlooking Jaipur hills and surrounded by Meridian and Raffles. Thank you Ms. Chetna singh at Front desk and Mr. Album from the Bar for fantastic hospitality for making our stay comfortable. Loved the evening high tea and sunset rituals at the hotel. Also enjoyed the food and coffee shop.

Amazing property and beautiful people makes the stay an experience of life time. We stayed at Fairmont Jaipur, and our arrival was all fairy tale like. Proper traditional Maharaja style welcome. Surabhi and Chetna helped us accommodate in the property. The property is very well maintained, with rich heritage. One should definitely consider visiting the property.
