amazing experience & staff. room was clean and met our expectations.

Very nice hotel. This is second time we live this hotel with 7 days .it is very closed to DUBAI World Trade Center, lots of guests live in this hotel. Breakfast really very good . And waiters also can offer nice service. One of waiter called Hunny really very very nice, friendly and kindly.He offers me many help during we live this hotel. I hope can meet him when next time we live this hotel. I will have business trip to Dubai soon . sure I will choose this hotel again. Very very very nice Hotel and nice people.

The room is very spacious considering the price. They also have free shuttle to the Deira city center. museum of the future is about 20 min walk from the hotel. You probably need to fetch a cab for the other attractions.

The facilities and services were excerpt and staff very cooperative. While there was a glitch at checkin both Sheraton staff and Trip.com handled at very well.

We stayed during Christmas time for 5 days and we had a great time. I am a gold elite member of Marriot hotels and still got a better deal in trip.com. The location of the hotel is strategic and services are exceptional in this hotel. The photos are not from the hotel but from dubai attractions

Except that shower head was broken,,,Door couldn't be opened by card because chain lock automatically lock the door from inside...waiting 20min at lobby for room ready after checkin... everything else is good.

Never a disappointment. The staff, the breakfast and the facilities are second to none. Loved the business facilities too as we were here for a conference and it was well catered for. Will definitely stay here again.

Location isn't great as the metro is about half a kilometer away, and that's not great in the sweltering weather. Service was great, and got several gluten freel options for breakfast. Cleaning was done daily. But some small issues with the room. TV channels would lose picture sometimes (IPTV), and TV starts up with high volume. Doors in bathroom and shower opens differently. Water pressure in shower isn't good (for the handle). Finishings on the room are a bit lacking, such as the area behind the toilet on the left. (Looks like there's dried glue there) Internet WiFi is fast. All in all, aside for the location, it's a good place to stay when visiting Dubai.

Good location if you don't want to stay downtown Dubai. Good breakfast with great staff though some front desk staff with an attitude. Good bar with extra friendly staff. Daily happy hour too!
