Located in Mall of Emirates. Very convenient location. The breakfast was excellent. Some work going on in the lobby area. Overall would highly recommend the hotel

1. 5 hours to ( check in ) one of the rooms ( from 3 PM to 8 PM ) ( reservition 2 conected rooms family with children )
2. They refuse to upgrade the rooms ( when I asked during the problem ) and tell me they will charg me the rooms price .
3. U have to chang elevators to reach the rooms ( 2 elevetors from loby to 5th floor " take time" slow .
Then 4 elevators to the rooms with room cards " good time " .
4. Small loby , crawded , no coffe shop .

Abu Dhabi Tour department is having free shuttle service from this Hotel to Adu Dhabi that is the reason why we book this hotel。 But while we stay the hotel is under decoration with some noise。

Despite the renovation going on , all went well. Perfect service at all levels, perfect location with the direct access to the Mall of Emirates. I would highly recommend

Sheraton mall of emirates always recommended for Tourist and Business Travellers. I love to stay here every thing is so Accessible. Staff is very good. Rooms are well maintained. Everything is perfect.

Sheraton mall the Emirates.....one of the best stay we had in our life. Staff is very attentive and very friendly especially with kids. Good variety of restaurant they have in hotel itself and for more varieties it's connected to Mall of Emirates 😍😍😍. Breakfast buffet also has lots of variety with Indian, continental, oriental food along with live juice bar and fresh local food. Overall 10/10 points.

The property is avg and being beside kempinski is compared to it a lot! Kempinski is a better property overall with amenities, looks, rooms and appearance! Sheraton should be a comparable property!!
