Ulasan Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen)

The hotel is a bit old, and there was a slight musty smell upon entering, but it was clean. The room was very spacious and even had a small sitting area. Breakfast was decent, with congee, salad, bread, soup, and two hot dishes (which changed daily). Drinks included milk, coffee, orange juice, and various tea bags. The hotel thoughtfully opened up the breakfast area for guests to chat, relax, or pack their luggage. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very recommended, service is excellent, pictures and real room was totally same, room was big, laundry 24hours for free, and breakfast was great. Will definitely come back to stay here if have chance to come back kaohsiung

Abit dated but basic and value for money for the price.

As always, it's spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Every stay is made better by the warm greetings and excellent service from the front desk staff. With Ziqiang Night Market and numerous eateries right around the corner, finding delicious food is never a worry. Plus, the complimentary snack and beverage bar is a fantastic bonus! It's truly an ideal choice for families with children.

Excellent Breakfast. Free laundry service. Big room with extra sofa and huge bathroom with Bathtub. Super clean and new. Next time in Kaohsiung, I will book there.

Convenient location is our most concern for a short stay in Kaohsiung and we’ve made a wise pick. Staff are sincere and offer us early check in as the rooms are ready. Very nice hotel and highly recommend.

I've stayed at the Kindness Hotel Hanshin many times now. The environment is clean, and the location is convenient! The staff are all very friendly, and most importantly, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable!

Great location, easy to mobile around, short stroll to the famous Love River (愛河）， friendly staff, downsides are no gym space nor extra entertainment facilities.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the hotel was perfectly thought through and designed for the user experience.  Located conveniently abiT off the main busy stretch but walking distance to lots of food and bars, a little longer walk and you would get into the main busy shopping stretch. The hotel was super thoughtful in the service and amenities they provided. There was 24hrs free coffee, tea and ice cream which was self service, a laundry room with free use of their washing machines and dryers - the staff would even help you to dry your stuff when the machine is done washing! There was a 24 hour reception which is manned by really polite and kind staff who are always there to answer your questions even at 1am!  The room was well designed with all the amenities provided, from hair shampoo, conditioners, bath wash, moisturisers and even facial wash!  The rooms are super clean and there was an in-room tap with reverse osmosis water for you to refill your water and boil tea with!  The best part, the room also came with free breakfast which was pretty sumptuous for a simple hotel. The buffet spread of stir fried dishes, rice, porridge, soup (oh my god so good!) cereals, salads, coffee, teas and juices.  The service was also really good. Unobtrusive and always polite. They are really efficient and nice.  I would def stay here again if I come by!
