Ulasan Sun and Sands Hotel

The total experience was awesome. The hotel was clean, we'll arrange, since it was my first time in a hotel here in Dubai. I can definitely highly recommend this one . not that pricey, clean, the staffs are friendly. In total it was definitely a good experience at all

The cleanliness wasn't so good, everything else was fine.

Location is good for deira.. Front desk not friendly or professional Decent room decor, but too many bugs Bugs Bugs And more bugs.. So you will find a cockroach in your hand walking at some point. If there is a hotel that is a little more it's worth to choose another

Отель находится в плохом районе, где живут много индусов, которые не смотрят за чистотой, район очень грязный, но метро рядом, добратся можно в любое место, но много ушло денег на проезд, джумейра находится в третей зоне от отеля, проезд 7,5 дирхам, умножте на 26 р. На соседних улицах находятмя остановки автобусов, можно уехать в любое место, проезд 5 дирхам, ездили на пляж ля мер каждый день на х28, остановка за часами дейры ,их видать далеко,ехать в сторону обратную, в ту от куда пришли. Минут 35. Много рядом магазинов. Про отель: очень старый, много чего можно быдо бы просто заменить, в туалете мусорки ржавые, все пренадлежности желтые, ванная старая, стены желтые, дают одно полотенце маленькое и 2 больших, но чистые. Моющие средства только на одного человека. Буфет или как можно назвать забегаловка находиться в отдельной комнате, там же проходят вечеринки, ночью слышно немного музыку, это что то, пол весь вспучился линолиум, стоят какие то дебильные высокие столы, на которых ночью гуляют, все старые, стулья смотри не шевелись, а то так стукнешь свой стол, что все расплескаешь, что взяли. А брать вообще не чего. Завтрак очень бедный, яйцо, масло, джем тостеры, картошка два вида,мясного или курицв вообще нет чай, сок небольшая баночка, есть автомат кофе нальют.Все такое старое и убогое , . Но что хочу сказать , про персонал, про него не чего плохого не скажу, стараются, всегда улыбчивые, попросились до двух часов , чтоб посидеть в номере, не отказали, большое спасибо. Результат, я бы второй раз туда не поехала, когда он построился , видать был красиаый, мебель была богатая , но холодильник, шторы, которые можно постирать, это оставляет плохое впечатлегие.

Wi-Fiが弱くて、知り合いとの連絡に困りました。 朝食が，良くない。 部屋も清潔感が余りありませんでした。

The worst hotel I have ever been, avoid this! Rude staff, awful management and terrible service. I checked out 30 minutes late and they charged me $200 extra!!!! The rooms very not clean, and hot water was not working either! Breakfast was Ok.

Please do not go to this hotel sun and sand is very dirty and they have cockroaches in the room the sheets and the room smells so bad this hotel should not exist is horrible If u respect ur self this hotel is not 3 stars is zero star they didn’t give us our money back to go another hotel

I have my worst experience for choosing this hotel.plz don't choose this hotel for families.they seized my daughters passport(8yearold)and yelled at her.my daughter want to spend time with her father so she went to dubai with my sister and kids.my husband booked this hotel according to reviews bt whn they arrived the staff didn't allowed them to enter and they waited for at 3 hrs.whn they ask the reasons the staffs yelled at them and seized d passport.As a mother I prefer every mother to not chose this hotel for stay

Recommended this hotel only for the people who wants to enjoy and party with loud music. F&B room service are amazing. Well..!! On our last visit was ok. But this time it was horrible as they give us room in 2nd floor ,they have bar with big and loud music till 4am which we can not sleep until 4am . When we check in , there was nothing facilities such as , dental kit sleeper or electrical kettle etc.. which we need to follow up and request. Tv was not working as well follow by plugs. I hope the management take this matter serious and work on it. Thank you

When we arrived. the receptionist gave us our room card on time, maybe 5 minute later. The room was clean. but didn't the same as the image we saw on the sites. room 618 We chose this hotel for 2 reason. save budget, because we spent most of our time out of the hotel. we used the hotel just for sleep and breakfast. the other reason was we wanted the hotel to be near the subway station. this hotel was near the al-rigga station. you need to walk 5 minutes to get to the station. from this hotel, if you want take a taxi and go to the Burj Khalifa, it's cost you 34 AED. WiFi speed was good. you should change WiFi connection on every floor. The staff was good. but the manager, he was very angry :) I don't know why!. also receptionist was a good man :) The problem was the bathroom. we hadn't hot water at all. I said this problem to the receptionist, but they did nothing. Breakfast was not good. there was no variety. there was not enough light in the breakfast room. and the biggest problem was, mosquitoes and beetles in the breakfast room. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
