Really brilliant stay, staff always happy to help and always happy. The facility was amazing, with a really good spar and pool, to the food places on site. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Just was a really good stay. Defo going back.

Very comfortable stay. The front desk was efficient and handled all my questions quickly. The location is great, with various trams and buses within a 5-15 minute walk. There’s a food court and a Carrefour nearby as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

everything is gorgeous, except for paid parking for hotel residents and a public bath, where there is a crowd of people.

In the end this hotel is not good. We needed more than 1 hour for the check in because there was just one guy behind the front desk and so many people they want to check in. On our room we noticed that the heater is not working. For this the maintenance guy had to come for repair. The fridge was not working, also the shower was not working correct. The worst was, that next to the hotel are a lot of bars and restaurant they are playing loud music until late night. It was not possible to sleep before 2am. When you like to sleep, don’t go to this hotel.

There are not even slippers in the rooms, the pool is accessible to anyone from the street

I was planning to go with my family and booked a family room, but I couldn't cancel so I stayed alone. I really enjoyed the sauna and pool.
