I think I did not get the room category that I booked. I booked for a superior king room but it seems that I got a standard king room. I will try to find it out soon. And a deputy manager did not give the right information on shuttle bus service. And there were other issues that I didnโt want to address here. Overall, itโs not my preferred hotel to stay for the future for sure.

It was a good experience. The hotel location was good and we book King deluxe river view room type for 5 days.

Nice hotel view of Deira Creek. Location is close to Union Metro station. I love my stay there. Excellent breakfast. They have a good variety of food . Vegetarian, Indian and western as well as some thing for kids . Overall excellent stay here and would recommend this hotel. See the photo of the breakfast buffet, that is only one part. Variety of cheese to choose from ๐

The hotel is one of the oldest hotel in dubai, but it has been refurbished and is now modern. We had a seminar at this hotel and it was convenient. The breakfast was ok. The gym is small but sufficient. Nice scenery from the hotel room. Overall a good stay.

The location is in the Deria and itโs has a nice view of the creek. Very clean and good service.

The location is always packed with traffic getting out pf here is like hell. Hailing a cab is another task. Secondly no special requests are honored. I requested a high floor room but no . Honeymoon decorations no. They just put 5 flowers. Seriously disappointed
