The hotel has good location, just in front of main road. Has free basement parking with easy lift access. Just at the back around 5min walk ,supermarket carefour opens 24hours so much great in case u need to get any snacks drinks etc (which i arrived at night i still can buy stuffs). Apartment fully equip with kitchen (but not provide washing soap&sponge) , washing machine with no dryer but got dry rack .

Останавливались семьей - двое взрослых и двое детей, ноябрь 2024г. Брали «люкс» двухкомнатный с раздельными кроватями. Очень большой, два санузла. Но конечно, старый номерной фонд, мебель уставшая. Бассейн на крыше достойный. Расположение чудесное. Направо Тц Дубай Эмират, налево-парковка люксовых машин для аренды, в шаговой доступности магазины и рестораны. Завтраки на выбор, не плохие, все шейки идеальные, особенно манговый. За три дня проживания, ни разу не убрали номер, каждый вечер возвращались поздно, что сил говорить об этом не было. А так, достойная тройка

2024年2月來入住的。酒店位置不錯，離地鐵紅線33號站步行500米。酒店樓下有當地口味的餐廳，出門左轉不遠就有個停車場，全停的豪車（估計是個租車公司的停車場），停車場再左轉，就可以看見一兩百米處有個家樂福便利店。住的一室一廳的套房公寓。挺實用的，有廚具、餐具等，可以家樂福採購了自己做飯吃。房間內比較乾淨，還不錯。

موقع رائع و إقامة كانت ممتازة الشقة نظيفة و مرتبة أيضا حمام السباحة مفتوح على السطح و الاطلالة رائعة عائلتي أحبت المكان كثيرا الموظفين منظمين و محترمين خاصة الاستقبال و الموظف برافين مشكورين كل الطاقم اتوق للزيارة مرة اخرى

كانت زيارة جداً جميلة التعامل كذلك جدا راقي وخصوصاً موظفةً الاستقبال الأستاذة هاجر كانت في قمة الأخلاق والرقي في التعامل وطاقم الغمل كذلك متعاونين جدا شكرا لهم جميعا ولن تكون الزيارة الاأخيرة للفندق ان شاء الله

The hotel apartment was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Impeccably clean with modern amenities, the space was cozy and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel staff was very supportive and have amazing behaviour specially Tajul Islam and Musharraf. It was a good time staying in your hotel. And I want to mention 1 thing and that is you should provide with proper coffee/Tea shashe along with a water bottel as these are the few essential thing that you can easily provide to your guests.

Hotel is amazing ! amazing place with amazing people. we loved everything ! there was a BRILLIANT guys. Tajul helped us in all what we need and whatever time it was ) the Hotel is very close to Emirates Mall and 2 metro stations! and very clean..

I had a wonderful stay at the Auris boutique hotel apartment in Al barsha1. The location is fantastic just a 5 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates and within easy walking distance to the metro station. The staff at auris boutique hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Tajul for his outstanding care and attention to both us and other guests. I would definitely recommend this service apartment to friends and family.

Very good manager, receptionists and housekeepers. rooms were equipped by necessary equipments. If you are none smoker it's better to take the room in higher floors with better view and less street noise. And its so close to Mall of Emirates.

It's located in new Dubai (less crowded). The property is managed well, friendly customer service, clean and fantastic location. 10 min walk to Mall of Emirates and options of many restaurants around and walking distance between 2 train stations. Great place to stay if you love to watch luxury fast cars zoom on Sheik Zyed Road and car park close by filled with Rolls Royce, Bentely's, Ferrari's, Corvete's, Lamborgini's (Photo Op)

I recently stayed at Auris Boutique Hotel Apartment in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a handy kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was excellent. While there's no on-site restaurant, plenty of dining options are nearby. Amazing location and services, with super nice collaborative staff. The gym and pool are always clean, the view on Burj Al Arab and Mall of The Emirates is fabulous, and the local restaurant has a menu with wide range of options and available 24/7.

Spacious apartment with all facilities. Good for long stays. Very close to the metro and bus station. Just next to the Mall of Emirates. There's a gym and swimming pool as well. The staff are very nice and friendly. I'll come back soon with my family.
