This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like "passport" and "second passport," which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated "two separate beds, please" in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

It was ok overall but delayed checking me in as I had to wait 40minZ after the check in time😳

I had the pleasure of staying at Ramada recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was seamless and quick, with the staff offering me a refreshing drink while I waited for my room key.

Hotel needs maintenance and seems under staffed , needs improvement in quality of toiletries and lotions, smelly entrance to rooms and tv needed to be replaced

Very good central location if you dont mind the traffic in that area. Food outlets many, grocery nearby & metro is next to it, very convenient

I asked the receptionist to give me a room with a good view but she gave me a room with a back view although that the floor was having many empty rooms House keeping staff is very kind and friendly.

I had a great stay. The room us spacious and cozy, bed is comfy. The bathroom is big and clean. Staff was friendly. Wifi works great. Breakfast can get crowded, but the buffet is great. The location is convenient with a metro station close by. All in all a great hotel for a couple of nights in Dubai.

I recently had a 12 hour transit in Dubai and decided to book a room at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira for some muchneeded rest.I’m glad I made that choice!The hotel is conveniently located just a 15minute drive from Dubai Airport,making it ideal for a quick stopover. The room was impressively spacious and comfortable,providing the perfect environment for a restful sleep.After a long journey,I truly appreciated the comfort and tranquility of my accommodations. The overall experience was very positive,everything was in good order and I felt well taken care of during my brief stay.The hotel was a perfect spot to recharge before continuing my travels. If you find yourself in a similar situation with a short layover,I highly recommend the Ramada Plaza in Deira.It’s an excellent choice for a quick and restful stay!

The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
