Had great stay at Voco Everything was excellent the hotel location, services, staff, food I didn't have to leave hotel had all meals at hotel and enjoyed some time at windows in the night

We were very grateful for Lelisa for accomodating our requests. We were given a room with great views of Dubai Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future. The room was huge in size and the spa shower and bath has a view to die for. We stayed in room 3204. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The location is just opposite the World trade center, just a few stations before Burj Khalifa and Deira. All the staffs from the valet to room service cleaning were very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The counter staff was really nice to help us check the availability of early check in with warm greetings and some biscuits while waiting. We arrived at 8 am and the. checked in at 10 am. The hotel location is great for public transportation which’s only 4 minutes walking distance to the Metro station.

Pros: Good location, nice breakfast, clean environment. Cons: Staff service(waited 45mins and called 2-3times to get my luggages to room), non 24hrs gym.

Good and nice

Staying at VOCO Dubai is one of the best decision I made for your Dubai trip. Our rooms are spacious compared to most hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road, also offering stunning city view overseeing the Museum of the Future. If the room window glasses had less stains, we could take more beautiful pictures in our room. Front desks staff are efficient and attentive to our needs. Breakfast has a great variety of foods, from fresh juice to fresh-brew coffee, from made-to-order omelette to Arabic dish. If time allows, please go to Window's Bar at the top floor, have a good beer and onions rings!

The hotel was nice and clean,, most of the staff were professional and very responsive

The shampooed chair in the room was not dry yet when I cheked in, but it was nice room with a good view. I used In Room Dining twice, and they were all satisfying. Especially, special thanks to Ms. Hnin. She was friendly, thoughtful, and kind. She made my stay perfect. Thanks again!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

Can not recieved the reciept from the hotel . Forgot the towel and have to request for shawer cap and do not recieve ,the hair dryer can not use .
