Room we booked wasn’t available so they gave us another room but the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby. But in general the hotel was good

Generally place is clean, but this only could be considered for singles. Rooms are too small for couples and two friends. Twin bed were like a double bed. Very disorganized in n terms of space. Also so simple things are not provided. Like a coffee and milk. Does it cost so much to provide just for coffee? And its 4 stars hotel. Working area doesnt fit for a work. Too load and it is in public area, no option to have calls or talk to someone very noisy. Additionally, there are too small pillows. How the size could be like for a children? Why it is not possible to provide one big instead two small? Very uncomfortable stay. Things outside look beautiful and great, from pictures too. But form inside everything didnt make sence. Like person who designed the place was thinking to put more rooms not for comfort of visitors. Also I stuck in elevator while I forgot card and I could move and oplpen the door, while I was on ground floor, only when someone called for elevator I was able to go to lobby and ask for assistance. Location is good only in terms of the city center. Around the hotel no grocery, no cafes, only one place hospital food court. For singles and two days stay is okay for couple and two people and family do not recommend. Also good think, there are swimming pool coolet . during the summer is essential to have 😊. Gym is not possible to use. Treadmills and no place for training at all. Very small room like the room in the hotel itself 🙈

It was a worst experience nor food was good in the morning nor did they change the towels.. Had to keep informing them ever day to do there duties

Extend my night and was satisfy, the feedback I brought up to them and they immediately send someone to bring me toothbrush and water without asking. One of the best hotel in Dubai and it’s new and well maintain. Location wise, no shops around but only a carrefour and metro about 5mins walk away, for business trip I would stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Dubai that I've visited. The staff were very helpful mainly Grace thank you to her she genuinely made me feel safe and comfortable.

Однозначно хороший отель. Обеды здесь 49 AED (2 блюда и дринк, вкусные, мне понравился салат цезарь и спагетти болонезе). Есть пакет с десертом, чуть дороже. Продлили проживание на 2 часа. Уютный и домашний отель в тихом месте.

Остались ещё на одну ночь. Нам всё понравилось. Примерно 850м от отеля Wafi молл (огромный магазин) - ходили в районе 10:30 вечера и был открыт. Небольшой, но очень уютный номер. Очень приветливый персонал

酒店總體不錯,交通方便,離地鐵health care city5分鐘路程。周邊有個wifi商場,很方便。早餐也不錯,種類多!

酒店很乾凈,但是很小。裏面基本什麼都沒有,有點像國內的holiday express。隔音極差,隔壁跟你的房間是用一扇門做分割開的。地理位置特別偏僻,周圍2公里內都沒有吃飯的地,住這的基本都是旅遊團,個人旅遊或者出差,千萬別來這住
