The place was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly! The location is just okay, but overall, we had a great time!

As usual , everything is great 🤩 staying in this hotel not first time. Very good breakfasts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its was good experience

We stayed in this hotel 4 days with package with breafast. Breakfast is no good . To get coffee and omlet waited almost 30 minutes. So we asked to cancel breakfast and refund payment. But hotel staff asked to contact agent trip.com. But trip not decided this with hotel. Very very bad breakfast ever I had. Room was nice clean. There are shuttle bus to some malls.

Very good experience at this hotel, easy to check in and excellent service. The staff was extremely helpful and always answered any questions we had. The breakfast was also very good.

Good experience overalls and clean rooms. Nice design modern hotel but poor breakfast. Very small restaurant. I hope they do improve breakfast and food selections. Only missing point.

I have a very negative opinion about this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with two separate beds with full payment, when checking in at the reception at 16:00 (check-in from 14:00) they said your room is dirty - I will give you a drink of coffee or tea. There was no answer on how long to wait and why the number was not ready. They offered a room with one king-size bed, I agreed well with this option, the whole evening I asked 4 times for a second blanket, which was never brought. Mom and her adult son had to sleep under the same blanket, I am outraged and I paid for this in advance!!! The area towards the sea is cozy with parks, fountains and a golf course, on the other side there is a desert with barbed wire. Booking a transfer to the beach is problematic, there are few places and booking for two days in advance is impossible, only for the next one (but everything is already booked there), it’s better to do it at night after 24:00 right away. Two towers - one hotel with transfer included, the second tower of apartments without transfer, however, people from the apartments manage to run ahead of everyone and take up seats on the bus and others from the hotel do not have enough seats when going to the jbr beach. There’s also a bird’s nest right above the entrance to the hotel, it dived into my head twice and all the workers saw it and shrugged. Breakfast and lunch are good! Water in the room is constantly replenished free of charge. Room 0414 is damp and cold, the floor in the bathroom is cold like in an operating room, they turned off the air conditioning and opened the window to warm up. Neighbors say, knowing about this problem of rooms, they asked for rooms higher, about the 20th floor and above, they are better there. There are many grocery stores nearby, which is a plus. You can walk to the metro, but you can also take a shuttle to the Emirates Mall and get on the metro straight from the Mall. Hot water tends to run out at lunchtime when the hotel's consumption is high. It's easy to find yourself lathered under cold water.

Everything was good apart of this smell in room every day coming up I guess from restaurant on 1st floor, even we been based in 14th floor, breakfast was kind basic and I got bored after 3 days of having it. Staff was helpful and kind , free buses to some places in Dubai stoping next to hotel also was a plus.
