I have been finding a really great hotel to stay the past weeks, it was part of my self pampering journey! From the moment I stepped into Taj JLT Dubai, Mohamed and Apoorva welcomed me with the warmest smiles and made me feel right at home. I had booked a Superior King Room, but because the hotel was fully booked, I ended up in a twin room. I casually mentioned my preference to move once something opened up, but honestly, I didn’t expect much. Imagine my surprise when, by day two, they actually found me a King Room! Talk about exceeding expectations. Can we take a moment to appreciate how amazing this hotel smells? I mean, it’s hands-down the most fragrant hotel I’ve ever been to. Walking through the lobby felt like aromatherapy in itself. Karim from housekeeping was an absolute rockstar. The guy’s attention to detail is next-level. My room was spotless, everything was where it needed to be, and he made sure I was comfy throughout my stay. Seriously, he’s a true asset and gem to the Taj team! The spa? Oh, it's delightful. I went in for a massage with Naroh, and wow, it was pure bliss. All the stress melted away, and I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Bonus points to the hotel for giving me a discount voucher to use, who doesn’t love a good deal? Then there’s Farouk from the concierge, always smiling and ready to lend a hand. Honestly, his vibe is so infectious. It’s like he’s on a mission to brighten everyone’s day, and let me tell you, mission accomplished! What really stood out about my stay was how peaceful it was. My room was like a quiet little haven, and I didn’t hear a peep from the outside world, which is a rare find in a city hotel. Overall, my 3-day, 2-night stay at Taj JLT Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. The service, ambiance, and thoughtful gestures make this hotel truly 5-star.

Great trip and the location is quite good for business travellers in the JLT clusters only issue is if you are travelling to cluster X then you will have to make a full round.

It was a great experience staying at the property. Food and support system from the hotel was superb. Most importantly the immediate response and exquisite service provided by the hotel team is no comparison. Specially from hotel team Mr Asutosh, Mr Denis and Mr Anish had been phenomenal and was a great experience of the class and standard of promptness and service from them. I highly recommend the property to other Business travelers.

everything is good

We went for my moms birthday and it was a one night staycation. The staff was lovely and for the first time I experienced great hospitality!! It felt like the brand Taj could be seen in everything. Did feel like because we had the suite, they should’ve given us a later checkout Atleast. The breakfast was good, however, the afternoon tea should definitely have more options and varieties.
