Most amazing stay. This place is so cute and great value for money. Really clean and the owner Tram is lovely. We had a great stay and will definitely come back :)

It was lovely to stay with my sister and nephew. The host, Tram is a nice and powerful lady. She could handle the big suitcase easily. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning, cooked by Tram. She prepared my nephew's birthday cake 🎂 It was a touching moment. She is such a wonderful lady!

This is a very pleasant little Homestay. We loved the location, near the beach and village, with many bars, restaurants, shops and spas a few minutes walk. Hoi An old town was a very cheap taxi ride away. Our room was very clean, airy and spacious. Our host cooked a lovely breakfast each morning and was very friendly and helpful. Tram made all our tour and on-going travel arrangements for us. We recommend this accommodation. Thank you Tram for sharing your home and family with us.

Very good! Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast was great. Pool is a nice to have. Close to the beach. And very helpful host!

늘 호이안은 올드타운만 보고 돌아오는걸로만 생각하다가 안방비치가 있다는걸 알고 숙박을 찾아보다가 평점 9.9를보고 무조건 픽 ! 이유가 있겠지 홈스테이 인데 각방이 독립적으로 나뉘어 있고 방앞에는 테라스라고 할수있는 독립된 공간까지 (여기서 흡연도 가능) 그리고 그앞에 작지만 수영장이 딱 아무때나 집앞 무료자전거 이용할 수 있고 저녁에 8가지 아침식사중 선택하면 아침에 데라스에 원하는 시간에 차려주심 과일쥬스와 푸짐한 과일과 커피까지 다른데는 안가봤지만 고민하지마시고 가시길 ㅎ

사장님 너무 친절하셨고 조식도 완전 개꿀맛이었숩니가 위치도 바다까지 걸어가기 딱 좋고 길이 약간 비포장도로긴 하지만,, 치안이 나쁜 편이 아니라서 걱정 안됐숩니다

호이안에 머물생각이라면 이곳을 선택하세요. 깨끗하고 예쁘게 꾸며놓은 홈스테이 입니다. 안방비치도 가깝고 올드타운,나잇마켓도 그랩을 이용해서 편하게 다녀올수있습니다. 모든게 정성이담긴 곳입니다. 정상이 담긴 조식도 좋습니다.

Such a wonderful welcome and outstanding service from Ms Tram. Lovely Homestay with personalised breakfast. Clean and spacious room with balcony. Outstanding value for money. Bikes available (free) to ride 20mins into Hoi A which was fun. Her mother in law did our laundry and her cousin provided taxi from airport! Just a very short walk to beach.

This was our second visit to the homestay and it was as lovely as our first. It's family run and they are such lovely people, so friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was really comfy and shower was great. It's in a quiet location but just a 5 minute walk to the local beach, bars, restaurants etc and we also walked into Hoi An. We will definitely return if we go back to the area.

Ms. Tram is an excellent host! Always helpful and friendly. She recommended us some trips in surroundings and places to visit (including a spot on a beach and a custom tailor), all very good. We used the services provided as scooter rental and laundry, both good value. Our room was very nice and clean. We appreciate extra large bathroom and a balcony. The breakfasts are awesome! Delicious food containing fresh fruits every day. In general this is an amazing place if you want to enjoy the beach and all the cultural and natural beauties in Hoi An and surroundings.
