Airport shuttle bus is a bonus. Room is clean and all staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Perfect location with just two stops by metro from airport. Facilities were all kept very new. Services at front desk were great. We received all we needed for a 20hrs transit visit during this stay.

Service provided was excellent. Hotel location is quiet near to major tourist spots. Will surely book again for my upcoming business trip.

This is a very nice & people's hotel. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. There's a girl named Fantastic who is really very sweet, the servers at the breakfast area are also very thoughtful, this morning when I just casually feedback to 1 of them that there were flies around my table he immediately offered to ask if I would like to have my meal in the room, he can pack for me to bring up. Though this hotel is very far from dubai mall and all the high end shopping centres. My husband n I felt it's already enough as the CITY CENTRE DIERA shopping mall is more than enough for us to shop. Will definitely come back to stay for our next business trip.

Enjoyed my stay here at city centre Deira. Location is slightly further away from downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifah. However, the metro is just a stones throw away from the hotel , there are also plenty of eateries nearby with really good karak tea! It is also only about a 5 min walk to Deira city centre which is a plus. Staff are helpful, they only provide amenities as and when you need them though which is fine.

10 mins to airport and free shuttle bus was provided every hour Breakfast was simple but good enough

The stay was great. Center of deira and easy to go to the mall. Had a blast!

My second booking at this hotel. After my first stay i decided to cancel my other hotel and book rove city centre again. Its so convenient and central.
