It was a pleasant stay...I feel relax staying in this hotel..

Value for money the staff were very humble and kind. We enjoyed the stay

Location is okay but little far from subway station. Room doesn’t have sleepers, comb, teeth brush etc..

There is construction happening right in front of the hotel currently, so lots of drilling at night. Check in and check out takes very long (hotel IT system is slow). Wifi in the room was not good. Smell of the room was old and musty. Good thing is they have a sauna and gym which can be used freely.

Un poco lejos del centro, limpieza buena y habitación grande. Desayuno completo

整體感覺還行，印度人開的，大部分是印度人，早餐是印度人有單獨的就餐廳，跟其他人分開的，就是開車導航很容易走錯路

真的讓人感到詫異，我的airpods pro落在酒店，定位顯示在酒店，酒店的服務人員卻説沒有看見，我甚至就是酒店人員撿到了，謊稱沒有看見。電郵也不愛回覆，事情也不知道怎麼處理，真的是垃圾到透頂

ممتاز وتعامل اكثر من رائع نظافه الغرف وحمامات فريق العمل ممتاز من الاستقبال الى التنظيف يمكن طلب تنظيف غرف في اي وقت موقع ممتاز قريب من المترو ومحطه الباصات توجد بقاله كم متر من فندق لكن لم يعجبني هو تاخير في تسجيل عمليه الدخول اتمنى سرعة انهاء تسجيل

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my trip to the UAE. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every palate—especially the breakfast buffet The service was top-notch—from the reception staff to housekeeping and restaurant servers, everyone was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure all our needs were taken care of promptly and with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and perfect for both relaxation and exploring the city.
