酒店很新，浴室夠大，床也不是很軟，很舒服，周邊配套齊全，吃飯購物地鐵都非常方便！可以做飯，餐具齊全，非常推薦！前台MELANIE小姐姐很熱情，服務很棒！！

インテリアデザインがかわいくて一目惚れして予約しました。一階のバーもおしゃれで夜は人で賑わっていました。部屋もとてもきれいでまた泊まりたいです。

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. I’d definitely stay there again if I was in the area. Only negatives, the bed was very hard and the check-in/check-out was up there with the slowest I’ve ever experienced. The staff were all really friendly and personable though, so it made up for the slowness.

Stayed for three weeks for work and the room was exactly what I needed. Spacious bed, nice lounge space. Great neighborhood adjacent to a lot to do and see, close to the Tube and plentiful bus stops, shops and restaurants. I do wish the gym had a bit more variety (some treadmills wouldn’t hurt) and the cafe breakfast left much to be desired. But can’t beat laundry on site and a kitchenette in the room. Would definitely stay again.

I was blown away by the quality of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. It really did feel like a home. And the little extras for my birthday were very appreciated. I will definitely be recommending the hotel to anyone staying in west London.

Cute boutique style hotel with emphasis on sustainability. Excellent breakfast and bar. Loved being in a walkable neighborhood!

Had a such a lovely stay the first time and I needed a quiet place to stay so I cane back and booked the same room type , it was tstill ok but I stayed at courtyard lounge room this time . it was big but I found the stay less relaxing as I can hear all the noise from the other rooms and there were stains on the sofa. Check in and out was breeze and it’s close to transport,

Absolutely lovely room. Bed extremely comfortable, staff very friendly and gave a great recommendation for an evening meal. Lovely touch having a little basket with playing cards and dominoes, the welcome chocolate and refillable milk bottle also really nice touches. Would stay here again in an instant.

Amazing place and great staff, a few minutes walk to the station so very convenient too. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.
