The worst hotel i've ever stayed,The environment is very bad,Water closet broken, little water when you wash your body and the water pipe is broken so the water comes out when you take a shower Can c-trip just cancel the coperate with this hotel?! I feel cheated by this application--c-Trip? See, cheat!

垃圾酒店,不能住!我都想給0分,還有小姐,房間差的要死,跟圖片根本不一致!!!請攜程以後嚴格審核一下酒店圖片是否跟酒店一致!太差了!太差!

وصلت إلى الفندق وكان الاستقبال عنصري جدآ ضدنا، وقد قام بالغاء الحجز واضررت لحجز فندق اخر نصيحتي لكم لا تنخدع بالنجمات الاربع اهرب منه الموقع لا يوجد فيه مواقف ومزدحم جدا الاستقبال عنصري ضد الخليجيين والأفارقة. I arrived at the hotel and the reception was very ****** against us, and he canceled the reservation and I had to book another hotel My advice to you, don't be fooled by the four stars. The site has no parking and is very crowded The reception is ****** against the Gulf and Africans.

We were regular guests of this hotel, but we never will come there, because we booked the hotel for 2 nights 30th of July and 1st of August we paid in advance and there was a description “free cancellation until 11:59 pm July 25” I still have screenshots of it and We cancelled before that time, then we send an email to this hotel, they replied that it will take about 14 days to refund money, we didn’t get money back, after 1 month we called them and they said that money is not refundable, totally disappointed 👎👎👎

I wasn't expecting a very bad condition of this hotel, considering that it was labelled as 4 Star Hotel. My aunt requested for non smoking room but when we went to the room it smelled cigarette, when we asked again they said it was a non smoking room. But I definitely know it was a smoking room for quiet some time since the smoking detector was in plastic and they covered it. The Rooms are dirty, the washroom are dirty. The bed skirts are stained, there are cockroaches. We informed the reception about it but they didn't do anything. The reception at night full of Smoke smell and even if you pass by covering your nose. The bouncer/staff will stare at you. They were helpful about the AC and Luggages but other than that It was a disaster I hope they would improve or renovate the Hotel.

Unwelcoming Reception: The receptionist did not display basic courtesy, giving us the impression they were unhappy working there. This initial interaction set a negative tone for our stay. Uncleanliness and Unprofessional Practices: Our room was not adequately cleaned upon arrival and contained an unpleasant odor. While they initially changed the bedsheets after our complaint, subsequent requests for fresh linens over the next four days were ignored by both housekeeping and the receptionist. Additionally, basic amenities like tea bags, water, and slippers were unavailable unless specifically requested, often with the explanation they were "out of stock." This practice is inconvenient and creates the impression of poor preparation. Sleep Disruption: The noise from the pub significantly disrupted sleep throughout our stay. We would appreciate it if you could address these concerns to ensure future guests have a more positive experience. Ideally, we would like to see improved training for staff regarding customer service and basic hospitality practices. Additionally, ensuring proper housekeeping protocols are followed and maintaining an adequate stock of amenities are crucial aspects of guest satisfaction.

Where do I begin. I could actually write a book about this place.I arrived at this hotel about 1pm.The check in was smooth and very quick into room 221. I was booked in for 5 nights. Because I suffer from Astrophobia I had requested for a room that was not so dark, small and no windows but to my surprise I got a room with exactly all the things that I didn’t want. The room was dirty, smelly ,had no towels, tv and remote control was not working, no shower curtain and no bath plug. I tried to phone housekeeping and reception so I can have everything sorted but no one was answering. I did end up writing everything that I needed done on a piece of paper & handed it over to the receptionist. The receptionist always looked so unhappy. They clearly don’t enjoy their job. I had travelled for 18hours. All I wanted was a nice bath or Shower & a cup of tea/coffee but I got nothing. They have kettles in the rooms but had no cup, spoons ,teabags/coffees or sugars. A few problems were solved that day but I had to scream to have them done. The following day I had a flood in the bathroom. I tried to phone reception& housekeeping but as always that was not answered . I was finally moved out of the flooded room to room 412. The duty manager on shift was very good &was very helpful. Surprise surprise only after 2 hours I had another flood but it was fixed by maintenance guy . This place is tired and serious need of renovations. It seems 80% of the stuff do not work & it’s hard to have anything done or fixed. Showers can suddenly stops or slows down quickly.Because they is night clubs at the hotel ,the music goes on until 3-4 am every night. So if you are looking for a quiet place then this definitely is not the place for you. The breakfast is Absolutely awful. You get plastic cutlery and small plastic cups to use. You need a nice proper cup of tea/coffee in the mornings in a proper cup/mug not a plastic tumbler.Some of the food looked like it was sitting there for days, warm food was being served cold. No drinking water, no juices ,no toast & no fruits".Apparently the toast was broken same as the food warmers. They put sugar and milk in the coffee. I asked the lady serving the breakfast why do they have to put sugar for everyone? Just in case someone is diabetic. She said thats how it was and thought everything was normal. The way breakfast is served needs to change to give their guests a bit of dignity. Even my dogs gets a proper breakfast & dinner band treatment than this place. Avoid this place at all cost.

Very rude and impolite staffs from the front office. Lack of room facilities. Dirty and rusted water kettle even after complaining nothing done for replacement cleaning. Requested for a teaspoon but no response. Tv remote not working. My worst hotel experience ever. It is not recommended to anyone. No standards so poor and frustrating though located in a convenient and suitable centre close to the metro and the algurair mall

The only thing keeping me from writing a negative review is because of the receptionist who’s been really helpful and let me have a late checkout. But that aside, I spent a few days at a 3-star a few blocks away and I can’t even give Dorus a 2-star. The room was really unhygienic, smelt odd, and had cockroaches and mosquitoes. It was dark and unorganized, meaning there was no place to eat except the bed. The room window was dirty and would not shut completely and since it was right in front of the road, the noise from traffic never stopped. The housekeeping never made my bed or changed the sheets in my 4-day stay. Please reconsider it being a 4-star hotel so nobody is misinformed about its services and standards.
