It was good experience.. hotels is in BurDubai and accessible. I had taken bed and breakfast .. This hotel is a decent place for family to stay. Hotel has 24/7 reception.

Nice and clean apartment

Hotel Apartment is Popular destination in Bur Dubai though little far from Metro. Services in common Area is limited, small swimming pool , small cafe etc . Studio Room was small compare to other hotel apartments. It's an average hotel apartment, not suitable for long stay

Worth of money

酒店管理和當地小偷詐騙團伙勾結，酒店大部分員工和清潔工都是當地的印度小偷成員，大家警惕！ 酒店員工會把顧客安排在他們小偷成員的房間附近！方便偷竊！ 酒店管理是**的騙子和小偷！顧客有貴重物品忘在房間，酒店撒謊説沒找到，酒店撒謊和偷竊！酒店管理者是非常**的騙子和小偷！應該早點被逮捕！

商務出差，地理位置方便，去世貿中心和老城區都非常方便，房間寬敞，超出預想，周圍安靜且附近有大型商超。

在這裏住了大概一週，因為事service apartment，所以可能沒有酒店服務那麼高效。還是住在朝陽的房間，是有落地窗的，要是不幸入住了陰面，很冷…

真的沒辦法説

Aqib and Shoukat were very quick and professional when my hot water heater decided to quit on me. They did the repair very quickly and now I have hot water to shower again. Because I am able to stay clean, my wife lets me sleep in the same bed again. These two literally saves my marriage. 👼🛠️👼

Maples Hotels & Apartment is very nice place to stay in Bur Dubai… All the staff is well trained and well mannered right from Front desk to Room Service. house Keeping etc Prompt Sevices for any request… specially Aquib from Maintainane all ther other staff is also very cooperative like of them… I really love staying here at Maples…..

This hotel might have been good 20 years ago but from that time there was most likely no change of furniture or reconstruction. But you can survive old cabinets or couch but the main issue is that there is a weird smell around hotel and rooms and that the room was simply not clean, mold in the shower and other places, dust on every lamp and the main dusty couch in Premium Appartment was a joke - we dared not to sit on it. Only the location is good and hotel staff was nice and helpful (e.g. when we asked for new clean sheets). It has been the worst value for money ratio ever and after 1 day we were out.

Aqib was an excellent maintenance man. He fixed everything very quickly. He did a great job! He was very kind and his communication was very clear. He always came when we needed him to come. Aqib is a very friendly person who anyone would enjoy to meet.

My wife and I have been staying here for a few months now and have really appreciated different staff we've met. One that stands out to us is Vinod. He has been very dilligent in the process of cleaning our room he always makes the bed nicely and goes the extra mile to tidy up the place. We appreciate all his help. If you stay on the 3rd floor, you may just meet him. :)
