Ulasan Fortune Pearl Hotel

My husband and I went for a work related in Deira Dubai and we decided to stay in Fortune Pearl Hotel for 3 nights, since we check in we didn’t see anyone smile until check out. We booked for Queen bed with City view but when we checked in, the receptionist guy said there is no room available with city view and they said that they will check on next day and inform us but on the next day no one update us. There is club in 5 floor which is so much noise of music from 10 PM to 4 AM in the morning. We want to use swimming pool so we ask to the reception which floor of the swimming pool but no one informed us that swimming pool is closed after getting there one of the lifeguard said the pool is closed. It was a worst stay we couldn’t have good rest, the facilities are not working and the staff are not follow up their job.

Good location close to airport and cheap place close all locations.

Excellent service, I have stayed for one month with my family, the stay was very comfortable and the was spacious, I had came here first time it’s very good hotel for family, the rooms are cleaned, the staff are very friendly and helpful, next time I will came back again, thank so much to the management and staff to make my stay comfortable.

MR JITEN RUINS OUR STAY On the first day of our stay 14/07/23 my girlfriend went down to collect food that we ordered and passed by the reception to ask for another key because she left the one we have in the room...arriving in the room she was saying something about a bellboy on the reception being rude to her saying*we don't give two keys to our guest if you forgot it ..its on you now*..but this did not get my attention... The next day 15/07/23 i went myself down to take food from the delivery guy..we had a miscommunication me and the delivery guy where i was supose to pay by cash but i had only card and dollars on me..so i rush to the reception seeking for help mr *jiten* was there..i said *can you plz change my 20 dollar i need to pay this delivery guy* There were no reaction on his face ..he was like *the rate is low ok?*i said *ok*...and then he paused for a sec and he said *no actually i cannot do it*...i was like *why i really need this money to pay this guy*...And he was like *i cannot do it because i don't want to* He added by saying this is not his problem if i don't have cash.. I needed help so i ask if there was any atm nearby...he said *bro i don't know* So i ended up cancelling my order turning by back to the reception and coming back to my room because there was no point of making a scene with such people..having hospitality backgrounds and working for a hotel right now am sure this is not a way of treating a guest.

Hi! I’m from room 228 and 229.Ur hotel is very nice & everything was very beautiful.Specially the room survent was too nice.Mr.Hasan and Mr.Rashed they weere too kind and helpful.But I think you guys should improve ur pool side.Otherwise the hotel and everything was great🫶🏻Me and my family just loved it❤️

Very accomodating staff. Clean room. Affordable price. We want to be back here next time and i will recommend this hotel to my other friends. The location is near Union metro and walking distance to other mall. Thank you so much

Room is clean, bathroom is very clean. Service is great friendly staff very helpful. Hotel located at easy reach,all facilities of hotel for us good, hope to come back, and recommend our friends and family

Very good service, Nice staff, i went to rooftop club it was amazing, the room very Nice, its cleaned, and confortable, the restaurant in lobby it good , réception staffs are very friendly, i all ways coming here.

My stay at Fortune Pearl Hotel is a most memorable one, with all the staff very professional, from the day I checked IN on the faithful day of 15 April 2023 till I checkes OUT 10 June 2023. From Harish and all the reception staff, to Suman and all Housekeeping staff, to Kairali restaurant, from their Manager - Shreedar, Deepa and all the ladies and the very excellent chefs who cooks a very delicious food dinner and breakfast. The Spa and the Concierge Team and Sexurity Assad, who are all always there to help and make our stay a relaxing and memorable one. I Thank you all so much for being there when I needed help. God Bless. I will visit again🥰

I felt really comfortable about my stay, reception ,housekeeping staffs are best, daily buffet breakfast is delicious ,everyone staffs are best at their hospitality . Hotel have swimming pool,gym. Many outlets which are good. Indian restaurant Kairali best. Rooms are very spacious ,clean, Located in great location .easy for shopping ,walking to metrobus station. Will comeback

This hitel is very good, i have stayed fot my business, it was confirtable the rooms cleaned , food is good, markets are very near by , bugdet hotel, staff are very helpfull, reception is good i will come back again

The hotel is brilliant and all the staff and everyone is very cooperative and friendly. I like meal that I have is so tasty and healthy.room is very clean, food delicious,entire staffs are really really cooperative,great staffs,strongly recommend thus hotel for sll travellers.
