Very good set up. Very helpful and friendly people serving in all areas. Breakfast was a very nice and full spread.

Decent hotel with good facilities. Room on 14th floor with a nice view of the local area overlooking the sea. Could be more easier to get your car from the valet have to get the ticket stamped every time you leave.

Quite peaceful and calm stay and a nice facility mall attached to it. Staff were good and the breakfast was excellent served in a revolving restaurant.

I stay here every time I go on a business trip to Dubai. I use it every month. The cleaning condition varies depending on the maid in charge, but everything else is the best.

Very good property . Well manitained and staff were quite good I recently stayed at the five-star hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel like a VIP. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious spa, fitness center, and exquisite dining options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return.

Initially, I was in doubt to book this hotel as their location is slightly far from city centre. But I never regret it after staying in this plush hotel. Took an Uber taxi from terminal 2 airport. Took me around 15 minutes to arrived. It was a huge complex hotel next to the sea/beach. Large check in/waiting area and well organized. Smooth check in especially booked from trips.com. The check in lady was very nice and explained me in details what facilities were available for the hotel. They have 4 lifts and the speed of the lift was fast. Got a large room. I like when they have a separate working table from the mirror. The best part was the toilet with luxurious feeling. They have bath tub and round bath space. Quality of amenities was excellent except they do not provide oral care equipment. Restaurant during breakfast was acceptable. In my opinion not many choices of food available and it appears to be influenced by Indian based chef where majority of food is Indian based food.

Almost one night room rate charged for early check at 9:00am. It’s unexpected and not aligned the words with online service we checked before we arrived the hotel. Staffs looks very serious and not very friendly, especially we would like to take something from our luggage before I leave they arrange us to the back corridor behind concierge without any bench or seat. I understand they would keep a good and clear condition for the lobby. But they shall have a better place. The hotel is a bit far away from the metro, it is very hot during the summer.

Very authentic hotel, one of the oldest hotel in Dubai. I have been staying here before since 2010. very clean and comfortable room. Will continue to stay at this hotel.

The room is really good, the staff also nice and super clean and bed was soft, place is amazing good and clean, i love the way they put the bar fir coffee and also the view is really nice outside. i enjoyed my staying here.
