Ulasan Hotel Resol Ikebukuro

The hotel is convenient when there are many convenient stores nearby. Even there is a distant (actually 200-400m only) from JR Ikebukuro station. It is close to the Sunshine City commercial area and East Ikebukuro station. They dont clean room everyday but once in 4 days. Which is fine for me as I dont like strangers entering my room. Yet they collect waste and replace daily necessities (waste bag, towel, pajamas and water etc.) everyday. The room is tidy and hv enough space for a solo traveller. However the light maybe a little bit dimmed and you can see dust in the air conditioner. But the hygiene is acceptable. The frontdesk staff is helpful and kind. You can also get toothbrush, shaver and bath bomb such things in the frontdesk. Overall, it was a nice stay in this hotel with its convenient location. Some issues might not be satisfactory but it is totally fine given that the price is affordable. Will definitely put this hotel into my consideration when travel to Tokyo next time.

Single room, there is still have space with 30in baggage. Walk to JR Ikebukuro station was faster than imagined, and there is LAWSON just at the corner. There are 2 points have to improve, 1. As there is no wardrobe in the room, thus more hook & hanger will be needed 2. Much dust in the air-con (wind out area) & a bit noisy when it in operating

The location is great to enjoy the Ikebukuro! We could leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in. All staff are good to conversation in English. The furnitures are new one. The hotel does not clean the rooms up everyday (I would not understand well) and I saw many hair on my pillow and clothes. Except hairs, I love every aspects the hotel has.

approx 8 min walk from ikebukuro station central gate exit 35 or 43, passing by various shops and 2 convenience stores. hotel provided pajamas, 2 bottles of water and a change of towels on a daily basis. room cleaning was on the 4th night of stay, and there were lots of amenities provided in the hotel lobby. our favourite was the bath bomb, they had different flavours every night and it was just so relaxing to warm our feet in the bath after a long day of walking and travelling. room was a little crowded for two, but acceptable. would come again!

It is close to the MRT and the sunshine city at Ikebukuro area, and it was at a reasonable charge. The bed was comfortable. And the staff were friendly.

I accidentally took the smokers room so it was slightly uncomfortable for me. Otherwise the room is very cozy because it felt like my own room and not a hotel. The bath salts which you can take from the lobby smells good! They provide Drip coffee if you want coffee. This hotel is 10 mins walk from Ikebukuro station, slightly away from the busy streets which I like. There are many cafes and convenience store close by so if you don't take their breakfast, you can always buy from these places. I would stay in this hotel again if I'm back in Tokyo. Oh, pyjamas is also provided.

The distance between the hotel and the station is acceptable. There are many shops around within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet area in Ikebukuro. Around here plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the occasional food and drinks truck. Moderately sized and comfortable room. You can help yourself to the toiletries at lobby, including bath salt, which we utilised a lot. Lobby and room always smell nice.

We booked from 26 October to 2 November, our experience there has been nothing but amazing. Even though the staff is able to speak minimal English, they were willing to go out of their way to find out what we need. Such example was, transporting our luggage to the airport as our flight was scheduled in evening. Apart from that, they provided complimentary personal care products (toothbrush, lotion, etc) at the lobby and, it is top-up daily for guest to take. This is really useful especially those who didn't pack any or, wanted to save some luggage space / money for the trip. Understandably, hotels rooms in Tokyo are small so, it wasn't an issue to as there were only two of us for the trip. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The location of the hotel is spot on as it is located at Ikebukuro station making it easy to travel to cities like Asakusa, Akihabara and so on. Additionally, there were 3 convenience store (7-11, FamilyMart & Lawson) nearby which is amazing when you're hungry at night. Although, there isn't washing machine in the hotel, there is one located nearby. It takes about 5 - 8 mins walk to reach to the laundromat. If I ever visit Japan again in the near future, I would definitely book this hotel in Tokyo area! And so should you too! I've also added some photos but, please ignore the mess of the room as I didn't take any room photo. For real, the hotel is definitely slaying. Such a vibe. Periodt.

I had a great 5 nights stay here and it was a pleasant experience! Check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. (English speaking as well) The location was of the hotel was great. It’s about a 10min (Ikebukuro Stn) walk to the nearest subway station. Would take you about 20-30min travel time from the hotel to Shinjuku and Shibuya! The price was pretty affordable and there were lots of amenities provided for the room. (Smoking rooms are available) The room itself was super cozy and the bed was OMG sooo comfortable!! Such a great place to unwind, rest and have a goodnight sleep after touring around Tokyo. Only negative thing is that the toilet was small and the bidet system wasn’t working. Other than that it was perfect! I’ll rate this place 9.5/10 🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

location is quite near to train station , not very big space but for two person its enough , clean room and great service at the front desk , a 4 min walking distance to nearby onsen .

Little away from the train station. Amenities required has to be picked up from the front desk. Hot water flowing from the tap into the wash basin is too little and the flow couldn't be adjusted.

It is convenience, clean and bigger than my expectation.
