What did we like: We like the spacious rooms The location is next to the train station The luggage and house keeping staff are friendly and helpful Beautiful view from from the apartment The bar was fun to hang out and have a beer What did we not like: We did not get what we booked and paid for at this accommodation. They combined our rooms and called it an upgrade. Rooms were not ready at check in time and we were told to pay more if they gave us the room at 1:30 to leave our bags. The lady at the front had a breakdown and was rude when we asked for the rooms we booked and not their upgrade. Lastly check in and check out takes a min of 20 minutes so be prepared to wait. Experience dated : 06 Feb 2024 All in all, this accommodation is satisfactory.

We have recently returned from this hotel. It was our second visit to the Le Meridien and have also stayed twice before at the Westin. We come to Dubai annually and we love everything about it. We personally love the location of this hotel. Easy to get about. We stayed in a club room and on arrival paid to upgrade to a superior club as we wanted a balcony. No issue with noise coming from the W hotel at all. I have to mention how amazing the staff at the Club Lounge are. Rashmi, Chely, Debasis, Sabita and Alit. Chely in particular looked after us every day. We were there 14 days. I mentioned on the 2nd day that my favourite sandwiches were tuna and everyday she had a special plate of tuna sandwiches made for me for the afternoon tea. Drinks in club lounge every night were spot on too. Choice of canapés were not as good as previous club lounges we have visited such as JZS for example but nice enough. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Kali ini, tiga anak perempuan saya dan saya menempah suite dua bilik tidur dengan pemandangan laut dalam perjalanan transit di Dubai. Penginapan adalah sangat selesa. Bilik-biliknya sangat besar, dengan ruang tamu dan dapur yang besar. Pemandangan laut sangat cantik. Anda boleh melihat Hotel Burj Al Arab, dalam masa 20 minit berjalan kaki. Anda boleh pergi ke pantai. Hotel ini mempunyai restoran Asia dan restoran Jepun, yang kedua-duanya berharga. Pendek kata, penginapan dan katering sangat menjimatkan. Saya sangat sukakannya. Jika ia disyorkan untuk perjalanan keluarga, terdapat ejen perkhidmatan di hotel dengan harga yang berpatutan. Pada hari terakhir, hotel memberikan daftar keluar lewat pada pukul empat petang. Pengalaman masih sangat baik, jika anda memilih untuk tinggal di kawasan yang luas, selesa dan kos efektif, adalah disyorkan untuk tinggal.

All wonderful ! Staff very professional ! Good location for moving around dubai. Nice rooftop bar and the pool was a delight ! I felt like at home. Very well equipped rooms. I will be coming back for sure. Than you !

Hotel yang bagus untuk lebih banyak perniagaan, sarapan pagi yang lazat, mereka membawa mereka ke pantai dan menjemput mereka dengan kereta yang selesa, tetapi pada hari yang panas. Terdapat pantai dalam 20 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat beberapa kafe dan kedai berdekatan. Lebih baik menyewa kereta untuk lebih mudah alih.

Just returned from another trip to DAM and once again it did not disappoint. I booked directly with the Jumeirah website this time, so thankfully no drama at checkout time this year. My previous reviews capture all that is good about this property. personally I don't go to DAM for the waterpark, however feedback from the kids was that it is looking very tired, that aside nothing much else to quibble. The front line staff at DAM are fantastic and that was the same again this year. from the staff taking care of the rooms, at the beach/poolside and all the restaurant staff. Special note to Mylene, Ashu and Neha at the Arboretum; we saw them every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks and some evenings when we went to the Arboretum for dinner. Neha; whether morning or evening, constantly smiling and never seemed to stop. Fantastic energy and enthusiasm for an extremely challenging job. Ashu who noticing that my wife was suffering from a cold offered and made her a hot drink with Ginger and Lemon at breakfast - it was unsolicited, he did not have to make the effort - however he did and these are the memories that make a stay special. I just hope DAM management recognise that it is the Neha', Mylene' and Ashu's that make their hotel special and they are rewarded for their amazing work.
