Having left the airport, I arrived at this magical hotel after a semi-long flight from London. I was greeted with grace and received a nice welcome as I left the taxi before stepping foot into the lobby. As I was escorted to the check in desk at around 9am, way before the official check in time, I wondered what I’d do to pass time. Would I sit around for hours? Would I take a taxi somewhere else to try to pass the next 6 hours? Absolutely not! As I walked to the check in, I was introduced to the lovely Isabel. With her warm smile, she greeted me, asked me how I was and began the necessary formalities of checking in. What was different about this hotel seemed to be that all staff members would at least greet you and say hello. This made my solo trip way more comfortable. Anyway, back to Isabel. As she was checking me in, thoughts started to wander - what would I do for the next few hours, let alone next few days? During our conversation, I felt at ease straight away. Isabel was a warm person who ensured that the customer came first. As she was checking me in, she informed me that although the room was not ready just yet, it would be shortly. In fact, very shortly. I wouldn’t have minded waiting in the lobby if it was a short while, but to my surprise I was informed that breakfast for the day was sorted. What an amazing surprise. As I’d just finished my breakfast, I was waiting in the breakfast restaurant for my cup of tea. A few sips later, Isabel took the time to leave the reception area to find me and let me know that the room was already ready! What a great personal touch. I finished my tea and met her back at reception before she showed me around the hotel. I’ve never really experienced this before. In most places, you’re told where all the facilities are, and find them yourself. However, she took the time to guide me around before showing me to my room. It felt from the offset that I’d picked the right place to stay. There was definitely a personal touch. Throughout my stay, the same feelings were echoed towards every member of staff I’d encountered. Each and every person would make an effort to at least greet me. The breakfast itself was wonderful with an option of a pool or beach side to eat at if you wanted to eat outside. Although, you cannot actually see the beach from the breakfast tables, you definitely get the same sense of peace you would on the beach. The food itself was excellent and warm foods were just perfectly cooked. Additionally, the staff were excellent, again always striking a conversation. These small things ensured I had the best stay possible and never felt alone. The afternoon tea was an excellent treat on my second day. To my surprise, an actual tea ceremony was conducted and it definitely got everybody’s attention. It was a unique and memorable experience. The Noor Lounge itself was in the lounge, and the afternoon tea was a great moment to relax. Portions were cut into smaller bites with a larger variety so you did

رائعين جداً .. والموظفة بشكل خاص( منى ) في المكاتب الامامية ايضاً كانت رائعة ، النظافة ممتازه ، الاكل جميل ، مرافق الفندق ممتازة .. كانت تجربتي جميلة جداً ايضاً اماكن مخصصة للصلاة ونطيفة جداً واهتمامهم عالي بكل احتياجات النزلاء

Tempat yang sangat bagus, pangsapuri servis studio sangat bagus. Tetapi jangan dapatkan bilik yang berdekatan dengan pintu masuk dan jalan raya kerana kereta dan motosikal akan menyebabkan anda tidak dapat tidur sepanjang malam. Jalan yang sangat sibuk kerana ia turun ke tempat letak kereta pantai dengan kereta dan motosikal yang sangat kuat melepasi sepanjang malam sehingga kira-kira 4 pagi-5 pagi. Jadi minta bilik di hujung bertentangan resort dari jalan dan anda sepatutnya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat. Resort mempunyai kursus selam skuba sendiri, pelajaran luncur layang-layang dan luncur angin serta papan kayuh dan sebagainya. Ia mempunyai gim yang sangat bagus dengan mesin dan peralatan gim yang terbaik serta kawasan kolam renang yang sangat bagus. Resort betul-betul smack bang di pantai. Ia mempunyai ruang duduk yang bagus di mana anda boleh menikmati hidangan dan minuman serta melihat lautan.

I approached my stay at Two Seasons in Dubai with great anticipation, especially for the Spa and Therapy sessions. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations. Firstly, I was not made aware that the spa was closed for renovations – a disappointing surprise that lasted for two long months. My stay was further marred by the unexpected floods that drenched our rooms. Despite repeated requests for room service to address the situation, our pleas were largely ignored, leaving us in discomfort. For half of our stay, we were unable to use the pools or saunas due to these issues. To add to our woes, the room service team forgot to clean our room when requested. Moreover, we had to keep our windows perpetually open to mitigate a constant sewage smell, which was far from ideal. Given these series of unfortunate events, which significantly affected the quality of our stay, I would find it reasonable to seek some form of reimbursement or compensation from Two Seasons. A stay at such a reputable establishment should not be accompanied by these oversights and inconveniences.

The experience was amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff is incredibly sweet, particularly Hussein at the reception area, his willingness to go the extra mile truly set the tone for my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I also enjoyed the variety of services available, which added to the overall experience.

辦入住在酒店大廳等了30分鐘，酒店大廳有為顧客提供的飲品，酒店大廳沙發挺多。 打開房間後，發現酒店房間面積還算挺大的，只是不能打開窗户。員工提前為顧客準備了一次性拖鞋，這一點挺貼心，櫃子裏有很多晾衣架，這一點不錯，淋浴間也很大。床單被罩感覺是新換的，這一點不錯。 酒店為社區附近，酒店門口往右邊走幾十米有杜拜很常見的禮品店，裏面也有日常用品，價格相對優惠，往前走幾步有一個斯里蘭卡小飯店，反正對我來説我感覺挺新鮮，那小飯店裡還有糕點。 我離開這個酒店，選擇了其他酒店，之前因為這個酒店的窗户不能打開。
