Hotel berhampiran Sultan Yousif Ahli Mosque, Dubai

The location is good, nearby airport and MRT. When I reached the hotel I was told that the room reserve to me is double bed, but I’ve booked twin room. The receptionist told me he managed to give me twin room non smoking. When I reached the room it totally smells like cigarettes smoke that provoke my asthma. When the housekeeping come to spray air freshener, it didn’t go away. I requested for room transfer but they say that’s the only available. No toilet amenities at all. The toilet bowl everytime I will sit it feels like it will fall as there’s gap from its attachment from the wall. Breakfast items is almost the same every day only 1-2 items will change. Receptionist are not helpful to your needs and when you ask something it’s like I owe them money when they reply. But housekeeping staff are nice and friendly

Nice hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel staff Mr. Dali and Mr.Romeo them very nice always helpful good service nice to stay there.

Tempoh penginapan keseluruhan ialah 7 hari. Saya menikmatinya. Perkhidmatan sangat baik. Anda akan menikmati duduk di tingkat bawah dan hiburan besar-besaran. Sarapan pagi dengan pelbagai hidangan pembuka pagi. Kanak-kanak lelaki perkhidmatan bilik akan bercakap dengan baik dan akan mengendalikan mengikut keperluan anda dengan begitu sopan dan membantu Saya ingat SUKAMAN sangat pandai berurusan dan Pendengar segera. Pasukan Penerimaan Terima kasih banyak kerana menyediakan perkhidmatan hos yang begitu hebat.

I love the Hotel, great view of the waterfront; best location - near the City Centre. Room is clean, well maintained, thank you Housekeeping! Breakfast is good. You've got great colleagues! NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.

Great hotel for short stays or layover at Dubai , buffet is fine , shuttle bus to airport is hard to find the first time you take it , just ask anyone at the airport they will help you find it , just remember its in the same building as the car park , metro , car rental , in front of terminal 3 , shuttle is 24 hrs every 30 minutes . If you don’t want the buffet there is a supermarket and small plaza behind the hotel

Very nice hotel for family,rooms are clean,good service and staffs are very polite and responsible, breakfast is very good have variety of delicious foods including indian cuisine.Only drawback is parking is limited so at sometimes there is no availability of parking especially at night but still would recommend to anyone!

Only issue i faced was the bed size. Room bed size was close to Queen size while in details King size bed was mentioned. Otherwise stay was fantastic , recommended for family stay.

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!

I love this hotel. It had all we needed like a kitchen, very large window to view the city, gym, pool and may more. It is close to the city central if you are driving or taking a cab (15min drive) and many nice places in dubai like the mall, airport, sky view observatory, museum of the future. They also provide buses to take you to some of these places for free. Clean swimming pool with a nice view and gym at the top of the building. Our room came with double breakfast which i always look forward to because they serve different varieties every morning. I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dubai.

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.
