We had previously stayed in this hotel with our son when we were in Blanchardstown for a rugby event. This time my wife and I spent a night in the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I had told Graham who was the reception manager about our anniversary and he arranged for chocolates and cake to be delivered to our room. Graham also arranged for us to have a Premium room, which was beautifully decorated. We spent a lovely day in Blanchardstown and enjoyed having breakfast in the room, which was first class and piping hot. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and have already done so to my friends, we will definitely return!

I visited the clink I lar hostel with two of my friends in February 2024. Now the staff was really friendly and lovely and the location was great. However, I was in a mixed room (with mostly men) because we were a group of 2 girls and one guy and the room was disgusting. There was absolutely no ventilation, windows didn’t open and there was no air conditioning so the room stank of body odour and sweat! It was very unpleasant… The bed layout was also really strange, two of the bunk bed sets, the ones at the corner of the room were sort of connected which meant that the man sleeping in the bed next to mine could just move his curtain and look into my bed, which he did and made me feel really uncomfortable. Other than that during our stay the kitchen was out of order which was also incredibly inconvenient because Dublin is so expensive. So in conclusion I would not really recommend if you’re a woman/queer person unless you stay in a private room or woman only room.

Comfy stay, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was small but delicious. Hotel is in the vicinity of four supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and a polish place I can’t remember the name of but they had great bread) and ＜10min drive away from the north dock conference center which was convenient for my work trip.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and gorgeous part of Dublin. A few minutes walk away from the Green Line LUAS. The more compact bedrooms are a bit on the small side for a couple, but they’re still well appointed, very new and clean, and comfortable. The hotel bar is cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the lack of parking, you’ll have to park onstreet at fairly considerable expense. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it is something to note if you’re driving here.

Located about a 30 min walk to temple bar area , but it has a really good bus service , we enjoyed the walk as you see more of the city , we arrived 7am and checkout isn’t until 3pm so we booked to go to the Guiness store house at 10 and went for some breakfast on the way from the airport ! Check in was quick and easy and the staff were really friendly . Room was lovely , clean and bed was comfortable , the view overlooked pretty gardens . Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Checkout again was very early as we had a 6:45am flight , they arranged a taxi for us and even went out to see if it had arrived for us. Facilities are great , there’s a Lidl next door , a dominos pizza , chip shop and curry house within minutes away, plenty of restaurants and bus stops over the road. Overall we couldn’t fault the stay , the staff were wonderful and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel. Looks and feels new. Location is good. Central and easily accessible for my purpose. Its effectively in the city itself. There's even an outdoor area for people to enjoy the external environment. Wifi worked fine. There's a bar for those who want to have couple of drinks, and the breakfast spread is decent. I would certainly consider staying again in future

This hotel was perfect for a 2 night stay in Dublin. Very clean and quiet, but so close to the centre. Used the gym both mornings, which was used by several people and clean with towels, water, and a good choice of equipment. Good supply of toiletries, coffee and tea in the room, as well as several bottles water, which is always so welcome! Room small, but not tiny. Staff was fantastic- especially Sabrina who could not have done enough! She offered to organise any tours, and helped us with the Dublin express to the airport (much better than a taxi!). Would definitely stay again!

Bar was great but we felt that there could of been a little more choice of food in the restaurant and bar.

PPengguna TetamuI was impresssed by the friendly welcome I was given at reception. Although I knew I couldn't book in till 2pm, I went early in the hope of them looking after my case. Not only do they do this for no extra charge but I was allowed into my room at 11.30am as it had been vacated.
The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing as Christchurch and St Patrick's Cathedral are within 5 mins' walk and Dublin Castle and the Esther Beatty exhibition, which is not to be missed, is just round the corner.
The room facilities were excellent with air conditioning unit, fridge, safe, coffee and tea making equipment, an iron and hairdryer and of course constant hot water for a shower.
Downstairs there was a restaurant and bar available with music in the evening, which stopped at a reasonable time. Breakfast was also served in the morning, simple but enough.
It was well worth the price charged simply because of its location.

La habitación era super tranquila, muy bien equipada, limpia y con un excelente mantenimiento. Tenía plancha y tabla de planchar, además de secador bastante potente. El staff es genial, respetuoso y con ganas de ayudarte. Nosotros escogimos desayuno incluido. El staff del restaurante también es super amable y te hacen sentir muy bien. Había un pequeño bufet y luego podías pedir lo que quisieras sobre carta. Descubrimos las tostadas de aguacate con huevos poche hechas al momento, deliciosas. En cuanto al café para los más cafeteros el del restaurante no es muy bueno, pero la habitación tenia Nesspresso con capsulas de cortesía y podias hacerte uno. Viajo dos veces al año a Dublin y este hotel ha sido un descubrimiento. Volveré sin duda. Lo único que mejoraría es que la TV no disponía de canales en español o al menos no supe encontrarlos. En cambio sí habían canales alemanes o italianos o franceses. Gracias por hacernos pasar una agradable estancia y nos volveremos a ver

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Dublin- Trinity College and the Book of Kells, St Stevens Green, shops and restaurants in the Temple Bar area. The Guinness Brewery is a short cab ride too.
We got a cab from the airport to the hotel where they held our room, since we arrived at 5:00AM. That allowed us to sleep for 6 hours before exploring.
There’s a place at the front door to pull over to drop off bags. Parking garage is on the opposite side just a few hundred feet away. We did not eat at the restaurant or use an other amenities. It was a short walk to Sixth where we picked up our rental car for the rest of our trip.

The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

Had 1 small issue with our room, offered and accepted a change of room, which the hotel sorted within an hour of arriving and checking in.
Able to leave bags on check in and check out days without any problems.
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and catered for all diets and requirements.
Central location on O'Connell Street, easily walkable to most central attractions and hop on / off bus tours directly outside.
Would 100% stay again.

PPengguna TetamuLast time I stayed here ( about 6 years ago?) room was dirty so have not been back again until three weeks ago. Location is superb right at the edge of Temple bar along the River Liffey -downside its a party area so like most Hotels in this area dont plan to sleep until late as lots of noise from bars etc. Room was lovely with lots of nice touches -only big issues I had was in 12c Dublin coming from 32c Jakarta and central heating did not work-you have to call reception to get it switched on then it cuts off every hour and does not work again until you call reception-totally unacceptable for a 5 star Hotel . Ended calling them five times so not much sleep!! It was a Tuesday night so looked like one of the bars in the Hotel was shut-but lots outside anyhow. Did not have breakfast as last time I did was served-took ages and was cold-judging by recent reviews on tripadvisor looks like this still. Reception on check in and out would not win any prizes for their hospitality and were just ok-could learn from The Morrison across the river where I stayed a few nights earlier -genuine hospitality. Would I stay there again -NO -leave it to Bono and the locals -heat is a basic requirement as is hospitality-better Hotels for the same or less money to be had in Dublin City.

Ma, il pub sotto la nostra camera fino a mezzanotte passata faceva troppo confusione (musica alta,urla etc ) e la nostra finestra non chiudeva bene quindi fino a quando il pub non chiudeva era difficile riuscire ad addormentarsi. Il bagno faceva dei rumori strani che non abbiamo capito da quale parte provenissero. Rumori che si ripetevano più volte durante la notte.
Camera piccola rispetto a quanto si paga. Per il resto camera pulita e servita con bollitore, caffè e tè (che abbiamo apprezzato)
Letto comodo e ampio.
Portatevi un asciugacapelli perché nel bagno c'è solo un apparecchio che asciuga giusto i capelli corti. Ho provato a chiedere alla ragazza della reception se ne avessero uno da prestarmi (lei molto gentile e disponibile) ma purtroppo mi è stato detto di no perché in quel momento l ufficio era chiuso (?)
Visto il prezzo che si paga , la colazione sarebbe bene includerla nel prezzo.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived on time and there were only 3 car parking spaces outside, one of which was taken up by a service vehicle which had been there for five days and management hadn't bothered trying to move it. There are no staff on site and we were promised a code by email to get into the hotel but it never arrived. Eventually we got one by phoning a mobile number. The website told us we could get in to our room at 2pm but the cleaner didn't finish cleaning it until 3.30pm. The room was shabby and dusty and three storeys up with no lift and the beds were uncomfortable. The cost of a twin room with no breakfast was a ridiculously expensive 350 euros. The only facilities downstairs were a fridge and a microwave. At 9.45am, the cleaner rapped our bedroom door and asked us to leave. Check-out time was 10am. The so-called free Wifi didn't work. We met four other couples who were equally disgusted and frustrated. Avoid this hotel which is more like a badly run hostel.

PPengguna TetamuHaving read all the previous reviews on this hotel, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We weren’t expecting much more than the reviews has suggested- a noisy night in an old run down hotel. Everyone else had made it sound like a dingy little hotel that was loud and not up to standard. To our pleasant surprise, it was actually a lovely place to stay. The rooms were spotless clean, with comfortable beds, tv, kettle, sitting area and plenty of space. Bathrooms were also spotless, again with plenty of space and a nice shower. The reception staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The manager of the hotel happened to be there on the night (New Years Eve 2022) and informed us that it was the first night in almost 3 years that the hotel had opened its doors again to guests. It became clear at this point that maybe the hotel had done some renovating to refresh the place. It is a lovely hotel, can’t fault the staff, the rooms, or the location. It is based on one of the most popular streets in city centre for young adult night life and is waking distance (5 minutes) to St.Stephen’s Green, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The luas is also right on your doorstep. Unlike other guest reviews, we didn’t suffer from any loud noises or the music from the nightclub below us. They do provide complimentary ear plugs for all guests in the rooms, however, we didn’t need them thankfully. Again, possibly an improvement that was made. The only thing we do recommend, is that they make some modern improvements to the lift, which is a 2 person lift, very small and slow; and that they improve on the breakfast layout, perhaps a buffet style along with the continental breakfast in a more suitable room rather than one of the back function rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.
