Ulasan The Camden Street Hotel

The location is good, the counter staff is friendly and it’s clean but, for the price you’ll pay the amenities aren’t so great. No A/C in the rooms and there isn’t a way to open the windows during pretty warm days. Only thing that I didn’t care for.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel being in the heart of thriving Camden Street. The staff were very friendly.

Beds were dirty. When informed reception they told me I had to wait for the manager the day after. The day after they told me the manager was not in and I would be contacted. 2 days later still no contact. As a business, shame on you for this silly behaviour and horrible customer service.

We was staying there for an event we had booked. I asked for an iron and I waited 30minutes and it never arrived after being told it would be brought up. Only negative.
