Just concluded an extended stay while visiting a daughter studying abroad. I can’t say enough about the people and staff members at The Westbury. I’m particular, the waiters, waitresses and hostesses at breakfast greeted us so warmly every day, and make us feel so welcomed and we’ll looked after. Pamela, Rebecca and Nav were especially pleasant, friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location if you want to be in the middle of everything Dublin has to offer, with Grafton Street out the front door, and cultural landmarks like Trinity, the National Gallery, St Stephen’s Green, O’Connell Street and Temple Bar just a short walk away. But overall it’s the people that make the Westbury special and I will look forward to visiting it again.

The Merrion is a Hallmark of service and sheer quality. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly concierge and the news that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. Lunch in the Cellar bar was an absolute joy and friendly, well clued in staff made the experience more special. The room was fabulous, with every comfort you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches.I cannot speak too highly about the service at this wonderful hotel.

Stayed there when passing through Dublin one night. Hotel is really nice -location superb along the river Liffey -walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff on check in and out excellent -could not have ben friendlier, Hotel decor really cool. Room absolutely lovely -plus very quiet-decor superb, great tv channels, great lighting etc. Only issues were with Wifi ( hard to connect -then in the morning no wifi) -Aircon very noisy -its Ireland so not necessary anyhow-switched off and opened window. I did not eat in the Hotel as had travelled from Asia and on a different time zone food wise--but food menu looked superb and reasonably priced. I will stay there again

The hotel is located in a very convenient yet quiet place. Easy walk to all the tour sights. We did encounter some booking problems. On trip.com website we booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed room but when we arrived at hotel, it only showed 1 queen bed room in their system, hotel agreed to add a twin bed for us however, it took 3 calls and few hours until the bed appeared. Breakfast is great and hotel common area is beautiful.

It is a fantastic hotel! Loved the swimming pool and ambience there! 10/10 for cleanliness. Their shampoo/ conditioners and soaps smell so good. I actually would have to buy some from the same brand. Also, the hotel bar offers great selection of cocktails and other beverages.

The Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. We had a room in the back off Harcourt. It can be noisy due to the club across the street. Breakfast was basic but fresh and filling; breads, rolls, cheeses, fruit, yogurt and cereals. The staff in the breakfast room was incredibly friendly. The desk staff were all friendly and helpful. We walked practically everywhere we wanted to go. St Stephen's Green just up the way. Georgian architecture abounds. It's not modern, it's not fancy; it's comfortable and it's homey.

Having read all the previous reviews on this hotel, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We weren’t expecting much more than the reviews has suggested- a noisy night in an old run down hotel. Everyone else had made it sound like a dingy little hotel that was loud and not up to standard. To our pleasant surprise, it was actually a lovely place to stay. The rooms were spotless clean, with comfortable beds, tv, kettle, sitting area and plenty of space. Bathrooms were also spotless, again with plenty of space and a nice shower. The reception staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The manager of the hotel happened to be there on the night (New Years Eve 2022) and informed us that it was the first night in almost 3 years that the hotel had opened its doors again to guests. It became clear at this point that maybe the hotel had done some renovating to refresh the place. It is a lovely hotel, can’t fault the staff, the rooms, or the location. It is based on one of the most popular streets in city centre for young adult night life and is waking distance (5 minutes) to St.Stephen’s Green, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The luas is also right on your doorstep. Unlike other guest reviews, we didn’t suffer from any loud noises or the music from the nightclub below us. They do provide complimentary ear plugs for all guests in the rooms, however, we didn’t need them thankfully. Again, possibly an improvement that was made. The only thing we do recommend, is that they make some modern improvements to the lift, which is a 2 person lift, very small and slow; and that they improve on the breakfast layout, perhaps a buffet style along with the continental breakfast in a more suitable room rather than one of the back function rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

La estancia en Camden Court ha sido maravillosa. El hotel es amplio, limpio, silencioso, moderno. Tiene todos los servicios y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno estaba muy bueno. Stauntons is a beautiful hotel that has a welcoming lounge with well-appointed honor bar, and a courtyard that can’t be beat! Our room was fairly large by big city standards. The staff was friendly and professional. With St Stephen’s Green out the front door and Iveagh Gardens out the back, it is a perfect location. All this for what is a reasonable price by Dublin standards. We did not have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. One note, however, the price you pay for breakfast in the morning is the same price you pay if you add breakfast when booking the lodging, so there is no advantage in by purchasing in advance. I docked one star for our room location. We were in room #1 which is downstairs under the front door/lobby, facing the Main Street, and below street level. The room is below ground with a window looking up to the sidewalk. At times it was a little noisy. Nowhere on the web site or at booking did it indicate this was a possibility. We booked direct, six months in advance, and reserved a mid-tier room. I wouldn’t have been surprised if we reserved a lower tiered room at the last minute or booked through a third party. Room location and the lack of transparency about it was disappointing.
