在杜布的希爾頓住了三晚，看中的是標準化服務，以及優越的地理位置。很少點評一家酒店，但這次不得不吐槽，有計劃去的朋友要留心。 1. 房間是裝修過的，但衛生間老舊，浴缸內淋浴真的是一言難盡。玻璃門衹有一半，而且鬆動，爬進爬出真的要小心地滑摔跤。 2. 服務員從不懂得敲門，我在洗手間時直接開門進來，我問對方是誰也不作答，又關門出去。 3. 房間打掃非常潦草，親測不超過十五分鐘。 4. 最離譜的是，我們關門後去海灘游泳，回來發現門的安全扣擋着，門竟然一直就這樣開着。跟前台投訴，就說是housekeeping方便打掃忘了關了，簡單潦草。 5. 開車的朋友要小心了，衹要掃碼進入酒店區域，一天30歐。我們一開始以為酒店住了是免費的，問了說前台可以拿票，根本就沒說是收費的。結果就呵呵了。 花這個價錢，服務和設施都完全達不到應有的五星標準，避坑。

This was our first visit to Croatia thus the first time in Dubrovnik and we carefully researched prior to booking. This hotel appeared to have excellent reviews overall so seemed like a good choice. The reality however was not so, as the room we were given was extremely disappointing due to size and the view of a brick wall. Whilst we hadn’t booked a sea view I wasn’t quite prepared for this brick wall and let the staff know. Thankfully we were given a different room which had a much better view, so thank you as this did help immensely. The location of this hotel is by far its biggest selling point as it just a very short walk to the old town with all its attractions and the sky ride. It also has lovely views of the Adriatic Sea, Lockrum island and the old town. There was perfect service in the restaurant for breakfast, the buffet was limited but this was complimented by the menu to order breakfast dishes. For swimming there is a good sized indoor pool and there is access to the sea which was also a fabulous selling point. The sun-bed spaces were limited but the staff worked very hard to ensure all guests were welcomed and found sun-beds and umbrellas for shade from their storeroom. After the shock of the initial room with the view of the brick wall, the other not so great aspect was the service by waiter at the sea/beach area. It was almost impossible to gain the attention of the waiter for drink orders and the quality of the drinks (Tom Collins) was very poor. For 5 star, the service has to be on point and this experience really did let the hotel down. Would I recommend this hotel, well yes but make sure you book a room with a sea view unless you like looking at a brick wall and don’t expect to get a drink by the sea/beach area.

Absolutely fell in love with is place. I felt like a trust fund kid staying at mom and dad’s holiday home 😂. The setting is gorgeous and service is so personal and down to earth. Not pretentious or intimidating. Just a perfect stay for my first trip to Dubrovnik.

On est en plein centre de la ville, à deux pas de tout. Le personnel est souriant et prévenant. Et si les 45 marches pour accéder à notre étage (le premier) ne conviendront pas à tout le monde, elles ont constitué un bon exercice pour nos 75 ans. Seul bémol : l'éclairage du lavabo ne permet pas de raser ou de maquiller le côté droit du visage !

Super schönes kleines Zimmer! Niedlich eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage ist absolut top, mitten in der Altstadt. Die Besitzerin ist total freundlich, ebenso wie das Personal des dazugehörigen Restaurants direkt darunter. Das Essen ist zudem auch sehr lecker. Falls ich wieder nach Dubrovnik kommen sollte, dann auf jeden Fall wieder im Roko House.

We spent 3 nights at Art Home Arthur in October 2022. Our room was bright and cheery with lovely furnishings and decorations, as well as having many lighting options. The bathroom had ample towel racks upon which our towels dried easily. One minor note which didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the hotel, was the bottom sheet was directly on the mattress and not on a mattress protector. The location was fantastic in the old town and a few hundred metres from one of the town gates. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the Museum of Modern Art. The Reception is staffed during the day and well into the night by a group of friendly guys. Upon arrival, the Reception team gave us a map and clear instructions on how best to access the various attractions along with useful restaurant recommendations.
