I absolutely loved the Hotel Grand Park in Dubrovnik. Nice rooms, super clean, great location, unbelievable breakfast buffet, and the STAFF was AMAZINGLY WARM AND HELPFUL! Can’t say enough about that fact! The knowledge of how the City Works, logistics, and recommendations were all spot on and delivered with a wonderful warm smile!

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed 1 week half board in mid June. Breakfast and evening meal was high quality buffet with plenty of choice. The rooms had efficient and essential air con but could have benefited from a small sofa or armchairs for days when it’s too hot to venture out. Beds were comfy but pillows were too soft. Nearby bus stop for bus no. 6 gets you to Dubrovnik old town in 10 mins. Worth buying the 3 day Dubrovnik Pass at €45 each. This gets you into lots of attractions inc the wall walk. Hint: anrrive early pre 9 am for less crowd and cooler hours. Fantastic holiday - we will go again

Be aware that Building work is happening from 7am at there hotel next door ! No mention of this when booking I would recommend the “sphere” near the beach ! Although the Grand park hotel is very clean very well maintained hotel… Restaurant and food is average Staff in the restaurant Put a card machine in front of us before we all even sat down for our meal immediately! and as we were guests in the hotel..! Cash is king and if you pay by card it’s frowned upon? This cash only service extends to the local shops and restaurants bars Such a shame as the Dubrovnik and Croatia is a beautiful place Local beach is beautiful although let down by the empty closed unattended buildings on the beach! The nicest place we went to eat and drink was the “sphere” right next to the beach great service and prices fairly!

Nice pleasant hotel in a great location, we had breakfast included, which was very nice with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and the room was tidied on a daily basis. However it was advertised with two pools outside with a pool bar, when we arrived only one pool, the small one was open and the pool bar was closed throughout the duration of our stay. If you wanted a drink or any food you needed to walk to the front of the hotel as there was no staff to serve you even though there were many around that seemed to be doing nothing. The other disappointing aspect was that the hotel was surrounded by building sites, the hotel itself appeared to be having work completed and without any segregation from the staying guests. That said we had a sea view balcony that was well worth it. Croatia is a beautiful place and well worth the visit.

A spotless hotel. Located on the outskirts of the city. Some bars and restaurants are nearby. A building site across the road on our visit unfortunately. The beds are like sleeping on concrete. Breakfast is decent and plenty of choice. Shower was class.

Noisy and a stop over for coaches. No charm about the place got stuck in what they called the villa it’s actually an annex and looks cheap and nasty. Beware drinks are expensive. Breakfast was ok lots of choice . Outskirts of Dubrovnik so nearby cafes were all expensive and not much choice

Room is nice, very clean and good size. Good location as it os 10 min by bus to Old town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. It is definitely not a four star hotel. Maybe 3.5 stars. The breakfast restaurant is huge and comfy and the breakfast first looked ok but could be much better in the quality and freshness of the food. The light next to my bed was not working.

Location of the hotel is nice. Close to restaurants and beach. Very nice view from the balcony to the sea. Double bed was twin beds pushed together. It was decent for our stay, although outdoor pools were not in use as it was off season. Only thing to complain, as if you are willing to sleep longer than 8 a.m on morning, cleaning staff was very noisy. Vacuuming doors open and slamming cabinet doors. Rooms are really not soundproof.

Arrive a the the hotel, late in evening. All shops and restaurants close at 9 in of peak season. Hotel couldn’t provide a snack or sandwich. Hotel and staff were very friendly and professional. Disappointing was the hotel pool was not in operation or deck chairs were not setup or in operation, as I was advise it is currently of peak season, which was quite disappointing. As I have booked this mini break for my husband and myself. My husband has reduced Mobility due to complex health issues. The plan was for him to relax by pool for his mini. The hotel was lovely and the location I would highly recommended but just check with hotel all facilities are open and setup before you book. Also would like to share there is a tourist tax applied on checkout from hotel. I wasn’t made aware of this until we booked into hotel.
