Great stay, clean comfy and simple. Had dinner in the restaurant all very good. Great service from Gurjeet. Usually have lots of issues with business trips and Room allowances not been transferred properly but not one problem this time in the bar 85 Café.

The price was good for a last minute booking and pleased hotel had bar and restaurant. However, we didn't have time to eat breakfast in morning and were too late to eat on arrival. We did use the bar for a drink.

Right next to the Black Country Museum, close to nearby restaurants and just a couple of minutes drive to the High Street, a really good place to stay.

I arrived at 11 pm and left at 4am, whilst passing through on my way to Cardiff. I didn't catch the woman's name who checked me in, but she was great. As I was leaving I struck up a small conversation with Makhesh, he kindly gave access to the facilities to make myself a tea for the road. His customer service skills are greatly appreciated My room was odd, the first and only Travelodge I have used that didn't have carpets in the room, I'm unsure if that's all of them or just this specific room, but it had all the amenities that you expect in a Travelodge!

Excellent stay very clean inside and out all rooms prepared left looking nice and cosy there was no noise from in or outside the hotel food was great definitely beans needed with the breakfast but apart from that a pleasant stay thanks

It was very noticeable that my room had been updated. Everything was in good order and clean. No noise from outside which is good as it's in a very busy location. The major downside for me was that the aircon was extremely noisy. I had to try and get to sleep with tv on. I have never experienced such a noisy aircon in any hotel room I have ever stayed in. I've noticed on other reviews for this hotel some have noted this problem. I made a complaint about the same issue last year but haven't complained to staff at hotel, only online. Things haven't changed even though hotel seems to have had a refurb. It would definitely put me off booking here again and I travel to Dudley twice a year.

This was our second stay here. Very clean, modern room with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Great nights sleep, the staff are very friendly, stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately didn't get the names of the staff on night one, however on our second night Gurjeft and Mukesh were great. Nothing was too much for them and we're always very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.
