Song Hotel

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the ****s takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the ****s taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

As a family of four with two kids we had a wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the ski hall and a mall. To Qingchengshan it is only a 15 minutes drive. The service was excellent and especially Dai Xiao made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. The villa had a beautiful view on the mountains and the private hot tub in the backyard was very relaxing. The villa was equipped very well and we did not miss anything - also the two restaurants (Chinese & western food) were very delicious. We can definitely recommend it and we want to come back soon!

Good location to visit Dujiangyan and go to the water and snow park. Villa is very spacious and design. The environment is green and quiet. Staff is helpful. Food is good.

這既是成都宋品酒店的評價，又是成都三大奢華酒店的對比帖。 成都青城宋品酒店，成都釣魚台酒店，青城六善酒店。這次花了五天的時間體驗了這三個酒店。 設施：同價位青城山宋品酒店面積最大，設施最齊全。基礎房型都有自己的私湯温泉。雖然室內游泳池沒有開，但整體設施非常的齊全，不管是房間內的設施還是户外的設施。釣魚台酒店稍微有點年代感了，設施維護的還可以，地毯需要進一步清理。六善酒店基礎設施也可以。 衞生：宋品衞生非常好。 環境：宋品和六善好。 服務：宋品，隨叫隨到，有求必應。六善有求時有點溝通時間長，小童早餐限制規矩特別的多。服務宋品第一！！ 管家董薇。

服務超級好，早餐和下午茶品質都在線，湯池很適合小朋友，房間設施也齊備，可以點外賣送進房間，住了兩晚，很安靜，衹聽得到鳥叫，到哪都可以喊接駁車，有個天鵝湖可以喂天鵝，旁邊就是融創樂園和雪世界，過街就開耍

酒店的服務人員非常熱心，特別是賓客關係經理Tibbers，讓人感覺賓至如歸，而且酒店佈置細節很多，處處都審美在線，非常精緻的類型。禮賓小哥也很棒，幫忙提行李，幫忙接送，省了很多麻煩。，別墅私湯泡的很舒服。

這家酒店真的很棒！位置很棒，離哪個景點都不遠，算是中心區域。環境優美，空氣清新，非常適合帶家人一起來度假。酒店的賓客關係經理Tibbers態度非常好，總是面帶微笑，服務周到，讓人感到很温馨。別墅乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，住了幾天感覺非常放鬆。下次還會再來！

週末帶家裡長者去青城山玩，入住了青城宋品酒店。 環境：酒店位於都江堰市郊融創城對面，佔地比較大，有一個人工湖泊，綠化已經自然環境優越，雖然離青城山還有都江堰平均都是二十多分鐘車程，但周圍各種設施齊全，衣食住行完全沒問題。（附近有遊樂園，水世界，冰雪城等。適合親子打發時間） 設施：攬月私湯和宣傳的照片基本一致，機麻懶人椅加濕器還有迷你吧都是有的，沙發床可以睡兩個人。稍微困擾一點的是浴缸，熱水不太穩定，為此專門找了管家，解決很及時。當然也要吐槽一下私湯。湯池是預先放的水，恆温41度，晚上泡着很舒服，就是院子裏的落葉還有樹上的一些飄絮鋪了一層，不過也能理解，畢竟庭院有樹有風有鳥，還是很舒服的。 衞生：沒有發現明顯的衞生死角，打掃得乾乾淨淨，歡迎水果和夜床服務都是有的，二樓躺椅有點污漬，瑕不掩瑜，感謝保潔的阿姨們。 服務：特別要感謝管家黃小雨，熱情待客，雖然我本人比較習慣自給自足，但是還是幫了不少忙。添加了微信以後，在各種大小事務中都是以住客為中心的。然後酒店的上門都很及時，麻將機壞了上門很快，送礦泉水的及時準確，擺渡車的員工也是特別熱情。 一次印象深刻的酒店體驗，很舒服，謝謝！
