Hotel Duluth dengan Kolam Renang

Lokasi dan kemudahan yang indah. Saya harap meja depan lebih mesra dan memahami. Saya menjumpai beberapa helai rambut di atas katil saya jadi perkhidmatan pembersihan juga mungkin lebih prihatin.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. My check-in process with Renee was most pleasant, professional and efficient. Renee gave me a choice of floors to stay on, and the room she assigned we perfect. However, the best is yet to be told. Upon checking-out and traveling back to my home state, after being home for some 12-14 hours, I suddenly realized I left my wedding ban and a luxury watch in the room I stayed in. In a panic, I called the hotel. When asked by the front desk person who answered the phone (not Renee) what room I stayed in, she stated an arriving guest had already been checked into the room I stayed in the night before, and could not be disturb. I was also told housekeeping had left for the day and could not be reached until the next day. Such news sounded grim and pretty much sickened me to my stomach. I nonetheless remembered Renee's name (who checked me in) and how professional she was. I therefore called back to ask if Renee was in. I was told she was not working at the time and to check back tomorrow. So I did--I waited the next day and asked to speak with Renee. When I connected with Renee, I explained the matter to her. And just as me or any other business leader, Renee told me she would take on looking into the matter and let me know what she found out as soon as she knew. She indicated it may have been retrieved by housekeeping and she would let me know as soon as she spoke with them. And to my greatest of hopes in the moment, Renee did as warranted. She confirmed housekeeping had retrieved my ring and watch! I can't tell you how happy/pleased I am with the outcome of this matter! Renee and housekeeping saved the day! They saved my day and neck for that matter as the last thing a spouse wants to do is lose their wedding ban. And the last thing a man wants to lose is his watch! So to Renee and staff, many thanks! Many, many, many thanks! I recommend this property to all! And if you get a chance, be sure to meet Renee! She's awesome!!

The location is great. Staff at night are nice. If your not out of the room right at check out they will harass you and are very rude about it even if it's like 5 min after checkout.

Pleasant stay here recently with family. Great location right off the highway and very close to a variety of restaurants and stores in the area. Check in and parking were a breeze. Staff were nice and provided all necessary hotel info upon checking in. The floor from the pool to the elevators was a little wet from hotel guests not drying off well. Elevator was prompt and room was clean.

bathroom does not have exhaust fan. sofa bed has multiple dirty stain.

I've stayed at this hotel the year prior with no issues. It was average but busy. This year was so busy they called me a week before to try and get me to cancel my room because they were overbooked. I refused and then called and spoke with a manager to which I was told that I would have a room for sure. The morning of my trip and called to confirm that I still had a room and they told me they had already had a room assigned to me and would be cleaning it then. I informed then I was still about 6 hours away but was coming for sure. When I arrived shortly after 3:30pm. I was told they did not have a room for me yet. When I mentioned what they told me that morning they said that was not the case and rooms were assigned on a first come first serve basis and they would call me when one was ready. I finally got a room about 5pm. It was okay but the corner king room had no curtain. Simply a shear see through curtain that let in the light from the parking lot and being on the second floor, people could see into the room from outside. When I asked about it, they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My room was across the hall from some very noisy people as the room walls were thin. However. The breakfast attendant was WONDERFUL. She was pleasant and helpful and always smiling. I left her tips everyday I at there! She was amazing!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My first night there I placed my suitcase in the closet which knocked over the ironing board and behind the ironing board was a gigantic empty bottle of Johnnie Walker which was the size of my forearm. Hard to miss if the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom was not well laid out and the open shower concept does not work well especially with the wecare notes to hang towels and wash clothes for reuse when the water from the shower runs into the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My second night there I opened the closet to hang my sweater and a spider jumped out. At checkout, I requested a printed receipt when asked and was not provided with a copy and instead was rushed out with a “it was emailed to you.” This happened after staff asked about my stay and I responded “it was okay.”

Our stay here was okay, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and it's located in a great location. However, the hotel could use a good Deep cleaning and it feels like it was a very nice place at one time but could now use some updates.

Residence Inn is our preferred choice, but the Duluth location is in serious need of some some room maintenance and staff training. We had no hangers in either bedroom, no sound on the living room TV, dim lighting, the tub took hours to drain, the base boards were a mess, they came to clean, took all the towels and left one clean towel, emptied the trash and I found the replacement plastic bag in my make-up bag, the hallways smelled of cooking, the hot breakfast was out of eggs, sausage & English muffins... I could go on, but the point is, I don't expect this from a Marriott. They charge for parking which is unnecessary since they are in the suburbs and have their own lot. Just a way to make money. We have stayed here many times in the past 10 years and the hotel has gone way down hill. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast person was stressed out and snapped at me, when I asked about the missing hot foods. We will be searching for other lodging when visiting Atlanta.
