I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good
the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. I do not know it need to book before coming to use but hotel staff recommend another place to go but need to pay 50 euro per person

When traveling alone it’s always so important to have a level of comfort. The weight staff made me feel right at home. I was originally going to stay for one day and fell in love with both the hotel and the town. I would highly recommend staying here the spa amenities are Amazing and there’s always an ere of comfort both in the amenities and the staff.

Ik kom hier al jaren maar het is op een paar punten niet meer zoals het geweest is, bijvoorbeeld de medewerkers moeten opnieuw worden geïnstrueerd onder het bed moet namelijk ook worden schoongemaakt en niet 1 cm stof laten liggen en dus niet schoongemaakt dit vind ik het meest schokkend.
Het ontbijt is geminiseerd in vergelijk als eerder jammer. Personeel mag iets vriendelijker zijn ze zijn namelijk niet het enige hotel in Aosta.

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the service was wonderful.
You absolutely have to check out their restaurant — the food was excellent, cooked and present in perfection. The staff have great knowledge and were very helpful in recommending wine pairings. Breakfast was superb as well, wide selections of savory & sweet options at very fair price.
Car parking is available directly opposite the hotel at a very reasonable charge. There are also several dining options nearby, and a landmark church can be viewed from the room balcony. A Carrefour supermarket is just a few steps away, which is very convenient.
About 40min drive to Cervinia, which is quiet convenient to ski; Compare to the expensive accomodation up on the mountain, this hotel is such a gem! Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

The temperature inside the room was a little high, and the air conditioner could not lower it, but it was really very warm on the day of our stay.

AAtticusFinchRecently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

AA MiddelkoopI have come here for years, but it is not as it has been on a few points, for example, staff should be re-instructioned under the bed, because it must also be cleaned and not leave 1 cm of dust and thus not cleaned. I think this is the most shocking thing.
The breakfast is mined in comparison to the previously sadly, because staff may be a little more friendly because they are not the only hotel in Aosta.

WWannaBKKI really love this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and offers a view of Mont Blanc. The manager and receptionist, Fiorella Vismara, provided excellent service. I’m very impressed. The breakfast was very good.

PPaul ViktorGreat quality and great value copious breakfast and dinner, this hotel is a great pick if you are a foodie. Nice location but on a busy road with limited private parking, sometimes guests have to move their car to let others out but could always park at the hotel. Close to the mountains. Great service and host. Clean and comfortable. Good ambiance.

We slept good (simple beds), the view is gorgeous, the possibility to start directly on the piste is cool as well. We would highly recommend to good there for a few days (when the snow is good).
