The staff was great professional and polite. The hotel needs some updates and repairs and proper cleaning. I had to move rooms the first night because of a knat issue with my room that evening I checked in the early afternoon. The desk staff forgot to mention that we need to request cleaning in our room. so next day after being gone all day I came back to trash dirty towels and unmade beds. This should never be an option in a pandemic not to clean rooms in my opinion, period! Or to have to request trash be removed daily and to get fresh towels to wash with. Then we were very disappointed that their whirlpool was out of order. as I choose the hotel because of the whirlpool, after a long flight and a long day it would have done wonders for me.

Great service, very clean, and very professional. Front desk associate was very friendly, professional, and understanding. We will stay here again and look forward to it.

Nothing big or remote didn't work but overall it was all beautiful!

I had an unfortunate encounter upon arrival when I was left outside the entrance for over 15 minutes without anyone working at the front desk to assist me. As a guest, it is disheartening to be left waiting and unattended for such an extended period of time, especially after a long journey. I expected a warm welcome and efficient check-in process, but instead, I was met with complete neglect. This lack of responsiveness is not what I anticipated from a reputable hotel like Best Western. The absence of staff at the front desk raises serious concerns about the level of service and the overall management of the hotel. It is essential for a hotel to have a well-staffed front desk at all times to address the needs of guests promptly and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

Very nice hotel in a great location I just didn’t like the ac it’s very odd and if you aren’t moving or leave the room it shuts off and is hard to get it come back on
