a&o Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof

Everything is good, the service, the location, the cleanliness. Also got free hot beverages!

It is a comfy place to stay and the staff are friendly and nice…they are willing to help and solve your issues, and provide lovely advice on your questions, the bar and reception is chill and cool. They have hair dryer and the bed is spacious inside the dorm, there are lockers for bunk bed backpackers, I have been to so many hostels, it is one of the great ones👍🏻 😊

The room and the hotel were much better than another one in the same group, but in a different city. The check-in assistance was great, the common areas were clean and cozy, the elevator worked (at the previous hotel, the only elevator wasn't working...), and the room was surprisingly comfortable. I was satisfied with everything.

I have wonderful stay here, superb nice view and clean room. The best A&O in Europe

You will get what you paid for Fairly clean and up to standards A useful storage room as well

First time traveling with friends and staying in a four-people room, it was a nice experience! Room was compact with a double bed, a bunk bed, a table, some chairs, private bathroom with shower, towels and bed linen. The public area around the reception had plenty of working spaces, tables, some games like table football and a designated kids are. Hostel was 15 min from Little Tokyo, good to walk to but also some trams go near the hotel - a bit of walking is required but the area seemedsafe and quiet!

Stayed for 3nights.  Staffs are friendly, laundry is clean. Not sure why the room cleaning booking was not done online, but the staff just booked for me. Overall nice place to stay.

The location is good. Close to central station. The sound insulation is not very good.

Very affordable and practical. Would love to stay here next time.
