I love this hotel a lot of thing nearby it example brandname street, market, Thai food and the bed comfortable ans staff service so nice especially bellboy and breakfast so nice

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。 因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷: 1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。 2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。 3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。 4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。 5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。 6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！ 這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！ 特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

Das Hotel ist vergleichbar das best Hotel in Düsseldorf. Die Personal sind sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist ziemlich teuer aber schmeckt super. Essen für zwei Personen kostet ca. 350€ 这个酒店相比是杜塞尔多夫最好的酒店。服务态度很好，餐厅也非常美味。只是价格偏高。两人用餐大概需要350欧元。

這是一家類似民宿的連鎖店。這棟建築是重新翻修過的受文化保護的一棟百年老建築。外觀很老，裏面是新的。不適合喜歡享受酒店服務的人羣。酒店入住等需要自己拿鑰匙。客服會德語英語法語。酒店很乾凈，位置也很好。門口就有停車位。一出門，馬路對面就是萊茵河沿河公園。左邊就是杜塞的標誌建築萊茵河電視塔。非常適合情侶來度假。

I was quite disappointed as I have had better experiences with Hilton hotels in other cities and countries. The minibar was completely empty, there was not even 1 bottle of water in the room, there was no bath rope, the interior and especially the bathroom looked pretty old and I have found hair in the sink and bathtub. Nevertheless the staff at the reception were very friendly.

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.
