Great hotel. Great service. Great facilities. Nice buffet breakfast. If not the heavy rain in Hoi An, I love to stay there for a few more days. Highly recommended

Breakfast is awesome! You can have breakfast until 11am. The room is spacious and clean. Very recommended for family.

We spent 4 nights here in July 2024 as a family of 4. The bathroom was a bit worn out, given the hotel was only opened last year. The facilities are very nice, loved the pool and kids club, especially enjoyed our time at the Quang Nam House. Service can be much improved at Cove, but overall the staff tried their best.

This resort is close to the New World Hotel. It’s also next to the ****** in which there are many dining outlets. Overall the facilities are great and they are very new.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a great stay. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at the resort. Breakfast options were great as well as plenty of dining options. The resort has also made it convenient to travel to Hoi An and Danang by shuttle bus. I can definitely recommend to stay at this hotel and would consider going again.

Probably the one of the best hotels in hoi an ancient town area.... Rooms have the one of the best sea views.... Linen, towels are all Italian made soft as babies cheek, and grand king size comfy beds..... Staffs were wonderful... Many free activities within the property... Especially for kids they would love it.... ****** area with their 24hrs open michilin standard restaurants were just wow.... Try the noodle only restaurant..... Spa was spectacular, sauna, jet jacuzzi, steam, swimming pool all are included in room... Must stay hotel if you are in hoi an.. But don't ****** too much.... Breakfast was the yummiest ever, widerange of choices, baking section was like as if I was in streets of Paris... Awesome food...

It was an outstanding experience of stay at NWHBR. We purely went by the reviews on trip.com and made the right decision of our stay at the beach resort. I would personally like to thank Guest relations officer Ms Kate,Lina and others in guest relations as they went beyond to accommodate our any requests. The service at the resort was outstanding and so much to do within the resort that you can spend the entire day or even the stay just at the resort and won't feel bored. Its a shame that we could not do Kayak due to bad weather but that gives a reason to visit and experience it next time.
