Totally bed expenses in my life no hotel clean no clean room bathroom plumbing problem bed is so dirty service not provided my booking is 2 day but stay only 1 days.

Hotel located in front of dwarka highway near dwarka bus stand and dwarka railway station also 900m shree dwarkadish temple and beautiful sea beach and dwarka market room facilities good and mattress also good clean and beautiful cartons

Photos of this property are 8-9 years old. Now it doesn't look as good as photos. Room service is very poor. Receptionist doesn't help one at all. You'll find way better property to stay in dwarka for same or less price.

There was no hot water available in the evening. Lots of mosquito were observed. Towel quality was bad.

The experience is very bad. Rooms are not stays le. Bath rooms in very bad shape. Walls of rooms are damaged and repair work or white washing is done. We had to stay because the advance payments were made. I think you should send body to see the rooms before you book these for some body. Behavior was also not cooperative.

Must required cleaning, water flow not properly, in winter hot water required in morning is not regular, staff supported in talk, but they can't take action to solve any discrepancy

Room was terrible, water was salty, staff uninterested, no basic amenities in the room. Linen and pillows were unclean

The tv in the room wasn't working. The manager of the hotel didn't listen to repair the tv. Water of the hotel is very salty. No drinking water bottle was provided. Lastly the manager of the hotel didn't provide any gst invoice although it was written in the booking slip that the invoice can be collected directly from the property. Please look into the issues.
