The stay was great. Check-in was after hours and quite late, still it went smooth & easy. The room was clean with all the amenieties. There was hardly any disturbance; it was quiet. The location was perfect to drop the car hire & get on the Spirit of Tasmania. Highly recommended.

This place doesn’t impress from the outside and the lack of a human presence between 4 pm and 10am is strange to say the least in a hospitality venue. However the check in and out was without incident. The whole place was extremely clean and quiet. There was a breakfast pack provided and the Spirit berth was a hop skip and a jump away. The incoming ship provided a reliable wake up call.

When we turned on the air con unit the smell coming from the unit was terrible. The smell was like animal urine. We had it on for 3 minutes and the smell was horrific. We had to vent the room which made it cold. Consequently we left one day early and obviously lost our money. Would not recommend this motel.

We stayed 2 nights. Once you've been there you don't need sat nav to find it again. It's near the east side of the Tamar river, next door to the Spirits departure point, and seemed very quiet except when people were driving away at 6am, and you could also hear the Bass strait ferries coming and going during daylight hours. (Tasmanian Summer Time). Staff were very friendly and we thought the hotel was good value.

サイトの写真は相当前のものと思われる。 フェリーターミナルのすぐ近くというのに、周囲には何もなく、人もいないため寂れている感がする。 女性のひとり旅ならやめておいた方が良い。

The Edgewater is a fine establishment which provides value for money. I enjoyed my short stay there.
