Proses check in and out cepat. Koreksi hanya ttg lift basement. Krn hny 1, jd agak lama nunggunya. Overall, ok🙏

Location was near the Whoosh station but getting to the hotel is tricky as the lobby is hidden. Reception is at the 5th floor, same floor as the breakfast restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is too near and everyone at the floor, reception or restaurant can see anyone swimming. Should have some private area. The room smelled old and bad. Our wardrobe doors could not be closed properly. Not enough hangers. We were welcomed with a towel on the bed shaped like some animal. Buffet breakfast was simple and satisfying enough. Simple check-in and check-out. Ok for one-night stay.

There is a serios plumbing issues ceiling was dripping from other floor,and water coming out at shower time to all toilets The hotel have 200 rooms and only two elevators ut takes a lot of time to up or down Telephone to room service is not working I feel it is over priced

The website show serve alcohol and is a 4 star hotel. I will only rate 2 and 1/2. Simply, they dont serve alcohol while the next door park hotel does.. The bed seem like slept by 100 people before, total sink down with the body, including the sofa. The worst is the bed, and the pillow foul smell. The tower was terribly “yellowish”. Aircon was super noisy and warm. I feel cheated

After waiting more nearly 30 minutes, the battery of the door weak. No good maintenance for the facility, this is describe how the hotel took an attention to the services. I brought back the key to the receptionist and already had no mood to stay in this hotel.

Big room with cool window view. Great wifi connection and friendly staff. But the bathroom n walking closet needs properly cleaned.

Good food! Super fast check in and out. Good hospitality. Keep it up

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. Only complaint was the mosquitoes, but they may have been more prominent bc of the time of year we went. We will be going bac
