Tynecastle Park Hotel

This place is amazing. Clean, the beds are so comfy and the staff are fabulous. Special thanks for Stephen, Sarah and Katie. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful hotel.

Stayed last night after the player of the year awards. Everything was excellent, all staff members kind & mannerly, food was fantastic & room was faultless. Well done to all concerned.

As Hearts fans we went in expecting to be impressed but our expectations were exceeded. We’ve stayed in some high end places and Tynecastle Park Hotel ranks amongst the best. Entering through the main stand, the lift opened on the 2nd floor to reveal a spacious reception area, with a warm welcome awaiting us. Tasteful decor, with a nod to the club’s colours throughout and colourful Scottish scenes displayed along corridors. Our Executive suite was very spacious, very comfortable and very well thought out. Lighting to suit every mood. Top quality beverages and toiletries. We had an excellent night’s sleep in the superking sized bed. We had access to the Club Lounge included and enjoyed the complimentary drinks before heading up to Skyline restaurant for dinner. The Sunday menu was extremely good value and the food was excellent, with great service. We highly recommend and will certainly return in the future.

Heavens the rooms where astonishing. I went as a Christmas present I enjoyed it a lot the staff where polite the receptionist showed us to our room the room was clean and spacious it has loads of room for luggage and belongings sadly no windows but it had a livestream of the pitch

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. The staff were amazing, without exception, the room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. You would be hard pushed to find a better hotel in Edinburgh, and I include the city centre hotels in this. This hotel is a star in the making

Truly outstanding. From the same welcome from Sarah and Sharon to the excellent service from Steven and his team in the Skyline bar and restaurant, it was first class. Room was of a very high standard and the bed one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Evening meal was exceptional and the breakfast freshly cooked to order. I cannot recommend highly enough. First class!

We visited to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We could not fault anything about our stay. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower amazing and the stocked fridge and snacks was a nice touch. Access to well stocked club lounge was a nice treat before our meal in the Skyline restaurant. We have been for a meal here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. Breakfast the next morning was great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Fantastic stay! Hospitality was amazing. Sarah went above and beyond to make our stay here special. The room was huge and has everything in it that was needed. Plenty tea/coffee and Jammie Dodger biscuits (nice touch!). There was also a coffee machine and mini bar. The shower was massive and all fixtures and fittings looked to be high quality. We had access to the club lounge which we used before our meal in the Skyline restaurant. The food was delicious with top class service. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Excellent food and service. The plaza executive room was superb , so comfortable, very tastefully done and spotless. Nice touch with regards the club lounge, well stocked with snacks and drinks. Sarah on reception couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. Overall could not fault anything during our stay. Thank you for making it a very special night.
