Ulasan Park View House

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room my friend and I stayed in was impeccably clean. Eventhough the heater looked old, it was working fine. Also, I like the key cafe concept that the hotel has.

Customer service is excellent. The location is near the town centre and shops, and I love the park in front of the hotel. Printed detailed instructions are helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Affordable and clean stay and facilities.

There is no front desk. The room I lived in has nothing to do with the pics shown on app or with what the name park view indicates. It's like a basement. I've never seen a switch for show in room rather than in bathroom. Many many steps so not suitable for the tourists with big luggage. Very disappointing experience.

The room was very smelly which was not pleasant when entered the room.

This place was awful. There is a phone to communicate to hotel staff, but when the fire alarm went off...we couldn't get a hold of anybody from the hotel. We tried for an hour, eventually we had an hotel guest call the fire brigade, even they couldn't get a hold of the hotel so they had to break some things. If you have loved ones and small children don't go here because it is dangerous. I am a nurse and was scared that if it was something serious....the whole place would have burned down. Also, Every door opening and closing was heavy and hard...sounding like it's right inside your room. Awful

This place is no neat and it is affordable for group of friends or families and it is clean and good..

This is not your place if you’re checking at night. There is no email from the hotel management about checking in instructions and we were stranded without the keys given for more than an hour. The reception number, although it says 24/7, it took me nearly an hour to get hold of them. The shower in the room that was assigned to us wasn’t working at all. At this point I didn’t bother getting hold of the reception because I just wanted to stay the night and get out of this place.

They didn't change the towels for a single day and to top it all off they didn't even place a paper for the bathroom. Also, to check in was a headache since they didn't give me the correct code

The place is centrally located with most of the city's attractions within a £10 taxi ride. The place is pretty basic 2ith clean beds and hot showers. There is no reception and you enter using a key code which will either be WhatsApped or emailed to you. Please call in advance in case you did not get the key code details to avoid last minute surprises.
