Hotel ini pada asasnya baik walaupun sangat letih dan memerlukan pengubahsuaian, walaupun tiada pengangkutan awam berdekatan yang menyusahkan untuk keluar, melainkan anda mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri atau menggunakan teksi. Kakitangan sangat mesra, cekap dan membantu dan makanan berkualiti.

Once we got here we were waiting a while whilst the receptionist spoke to her friend, this happened a couple of times. We checked in, got to our room and found the door wedged open with dirty linen and rubbish bags. The worker fixed this as soon as I let them know, however it wasn’t very nice or safe to see our room open. There were 3 plugs in the room on the other side to the beds which wasn’t great. We paid for no window, and got a window with a lovely view which was nice, however the free wifi advertised didn’t reach our room which wasn’t great. After the first night we got back and found our window handle had fallen off, and wouldn’t close. This meant we could hear outside very well, and the cold was getting in. We told reception who said someone would be in to fix it the next morning, however they weren’t and had to put up with this for the rest of trip. Little disclaimer, check in’s at 4, you can check in early but it costs £10, and they don’t open the bar til 5 so not much to do if you’re waiting. Last thing, there seemed to ALWAYS (no matter what time) be black bin bags full of rubbish, glasses on the floor, and dirty linen on floor.

Unfortunately hotel was a total disappointment for me. The check-in starts at 16:00 which is so late and when you want to check-in earlier they request 10£. There is no free of charge wifi in the rooms, you need to buy it for approx. 7£ (not even sure how long you can use, probably an hour). Only free wifi one can use is in the lobby. Location is not bad but you need to walk a lot on the cobblestones to reach the hotel and it’s quite a journey on a hill. If you have heavy luggages with wheels, it’s better to take a cab… Most of the rooms were still in renovation and they only have electronic heaters, which most of them unplugged so once you get into your room be ready to freeze first. It’s an old hotel, looking nice from outside but overall it doesn’t worth the price you pay.

Old hotel was clean but it had what we needed. Clean, large room, reasonably priced, close to dean village, close to hay market.

Location is way too far from the bus stops, you’ll be walking 13-15mins. Hotel lobby is at the back, you need to pass by the parking drive way. Location might work with you if you’ll be taking uber most of the time. They provide luggage storage. Our room was in the lower ground, no windows, if you’re claustrophobic then this is not the room for you. Going to the room is like a maze. The room is average but it’s clean enough. They provide hair dryer, fan, iron and towels.

I was given disabled room instead of double room.Room had a massive leaking! Carpet floor w was all wet ! Smells from damp floor was horrible ! Price was 128 £ per room. NEVER AGAIN .

Great location, adjacent to Dean Village. Easy walk into the centre. Lots of restaurants nearby.

internet is a utility in the room ( water electricity) you can’t charge your guests to use wifi in the rome while you no telephone in the room, it is not safe as I found the emergency door open the leads direct to the street on the third floor.. the property is dirty.. elevators are discussing… staff were really bad with an attitude… I would pay double of what I paid in this hotel and stay in another hotel … windows are noisy not double glazed.. I couldn’t sleep for the noise of the street … my problem list with this hotel is long ..!! this hotel run to cheaply make one dollar and actually they are losing a thousand instead .. I do not recommend this hotel at all event it was for free …. I never gave such a bad review for any place in my life but this hotel deserves

Can't put into words how unclean , noisy this hotel was We got to our room which the dr was open The lino on bathroom floor was duct taped into place Duct tape around bathtub & under the sink a cpl of insects in the bath tub which had a dirty rings round it Crumbs on room floor Burst springs in the mattress Stains on carpet which was spongy The list goes on ........ This is far from a 3 star A 1 star is way better than this Totally Devastated is an understatement Wish I hadn't wasted my money on booking this

The hotel only check in at 4:00pm. only at 4:00pm... many guests arrive in the day time and wait for a long time for check in..... long long queue. The staff gave me a wrong room with no window, that is very narrow, which I have reserved a standard single room with a queen bed. the room with no window, no wifi, no network...and seems that I cananot breath in the room... and I have to go back to the lobby again ..... the door card is not that good... I have to go to the reception to activate the card every day...yes. .. every day... sometime, I found out that when I tried to open my room door...but it failed... and I have to go back to the lobby again.... it is quite annoying. The location is OK. with bus to the airport and the tram and bus station nearby. The breakfast is good, with plenty of choices. The food is the same every day.

We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and were told at reception that the rooms would not be cleaned during the 3 days we stayed there for such a short stay. The towels were also not changed. 1 toilet roll per room and at our request we received an extra one. The rooms may have been clean, but the hotel itself was very outdated. The breakfast was poor and the food was not heated up, the bread for toast was even frozen on day 2, so did they just take it out of the freezer? Only 1 person at the reception where we had to wait a very long time before being helped. Another downside is that we could only check in after 4 p.m. When I asked if we could get into the room a little earlier, the answer was bluntly No! You're way too early8 I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
